Mugshot.

Mugshot.

He sighed in annoyance before walking up and standing in front of the wall marked with measurements revealing his height as 5'5. He scowled at the camera as he held a board with his full name printed across it in block lettering.

[Garfield M. Logan]

He was then walked to a holding cell where he was un-cuffed and then harshly shoved in. "Hey, easy!" He shouted as he stopped himself from stumbling to the ground. The guard couldn't care less as he rolled his eyes before striding away. Garfield rubbed his sore wrists and brushed himself off before looking up and meeting eyes with the other criminals that occupied the cell. Some cracked their knuckles and smirked while others blew him kisses. He didn't know which was worse.

"Yo Logan, you have a visitor." The guard announced, and Garfield was quick to react.

He quickly ran to the bars and gripped them firmly, trying to get as close to her as possible. "Rae, you gotta get me out of here, you know I didn't do it!"

She removed the hood that shadowed her face to reveal her soft features before putting her smooth hands over his, comforting him. "I know." She told him.

"Every guy here wants to kick my ass, or worse." He said in a panic.

"Richard is working on it. Just stay calm."

"Time's up, let's go." The guard grunted impatiently.

"Rae…"

"It will be okay." She said again.

And with that they leaned in and quickly kissed through the bars causing the other cell mates to hoot and holler. She broke it off and caressed his face with her hand. "It will be okay Gar." She reassured.

He sighed and leaned his head on the bars as he watched her be escorted off until she was out of sight. He then turned around just to come face to chest with a bald tattooed man that stank of sewage and sweat. "What's up, lover boy?" He growled with a smirk, cracking his knuckles. Garfield gulped. He tried to punch the guy, but it was like hitting a brick wall. The best he could do was dodge, but he was eventually grabbed and pinned to the wall by his throat. The other prisoners started making a ruckus at the action as Garfield struggled to breathe. "What's wrong, 'Beast Boy.' Can't you transform?" The man sneered in a mocking tone.

Luckily, before any damage could be done, the guards bolted through the cell door and grabbed the guy, forcing him to drop Garfield to the ground with a hard thud; he was out cold.

His eyes were assaulted with a bright light as a soft, delicate hand caressed his face. He groaned at the pain in his head which only increased as he became fully conscious.

"Shhh." He heard a soft familiar voice say.

He squinted as her face was made clear. "Raven?" She shushed him again and brushed a few strands of hair from his face. "What happened?" He asked, sitting up and rubbing his head.

"Its okay, Gar. They proved you innocent." She smiled. He couldn't help but exhale in relief as he leaned over and hugged her tightly.
