Harry walked with his head held high, shoulders squared and a disaplined space in his step. the shadows that were cast by the small, dirty windows cast muggy light agross the emotionless and scarred face of the Wizarding Worlds Once Hero. The two aurors that marched beside him held the same expressions on their faces as Harry did, but under theirs there was a hint of sympathy.
they stopped in front of one of the uniform cells that aligned both sides of the long corridor that the three men were walking along. the one on Harry's right opened the cell and held the door open for Harry. After he had walked through and the door had slammed home, the guard said to Harry as he locked the cell.
"I'm sorry about this, Sir, we're only following orders." He said in a low voice.

"Your just doing your duty, no need to apologies for that soldier." Harry replied.

Both of the Aurors snapped to attentions and saluted Harry, Harry returned the salute and the Aurors left.

Harry sighed and turned around, lost in thought as his eyes wondered the cell that he was sentenced to for defending the innocent in the wizarding world.

Harry sat before the Wizenmagot, chained to a chair like a common criminal, not like the hero had defeated Voldermort not a year before. He had always knew that this day would come eventually, so it was no shock to him when Fudge leered down from his podium.

"Harry Potter, you stand before us today, on the charges of insubordination to a direct order from the Minister of Magic, dereliction of duty as General of teh Auror Forces and becoming a traitor to the Ministry of Magic, how do you plead?"

Harry looked Fudge in the eye, "Guilty."

Fudge looked like christmas had come early, it was normal proceedure that once the accoused had admitted guilt, that a sentence would be given, but not thise time, Fudge wanted to humiliate the 25 year old threat to his position.

"We will now hear the evidence."

A thin and pale looking wizard stood up, "The evidence against Mr. Potter here is beyond doubt, i will prove this to you." the wizard walked up to Harry and started to slowly pace around the chair.

"Is it true that you refused to commit your forces to a battle against Dark Forces?" The man spat.

"Yes." Came Harry's uniform voice.

"And why is that?" sneered the man

"Why should I put the lives of the men and women under my command on the line, just to wipe out one of Fudge's predudice?" Harry asked bad to the man, who spluttered for a second before saying.

"Because it was a direct order from the Minister Fudge." the man said calmly, "You would risk your career and forever be branded a traitor, for a bunch of disgusting animals?"

Harry looked the man dead in the eye, "Yes i would, to protect the lives of a community of innocent Veela, Werewolf and vampire families and save the lives of them and my men."

"In that case you are a disgrace to the name of a Pure Wizarding Society!" the man shouted.

Harry's left eye twitched slightly at Fudge's new campeign slogan.

"Minister, i rest my case, however, i move that we charge the," the man looked at a sheet of paper that was laying on his desk, "359 men and women that were under his command, with treason and dereliction of duty."

Fudge was silent for a moment before making up his mind and finally agreeing, "So be it, round them up, they will be joining potter in New Azkaban."

Harry smiled at the thought, fudge was an idiot, put him and every last man and woman that had sworn their lives to his in the war with Voldemort in the same prison. They would bide their time and wait, the wind of changes were starting to blow.
