It was a crisp autumn day, the golden leaves were falling like snowdrops and there was a slight breeze that rippled the water of the lake. Over looking the lake was a certain tree, and under this certain tree was a certain young couple.

James Potter and Lily Evans were not what you called a 'typical' couple. Apart from the fact that she had hated his guts for the first six years of knowing him. Many students of Hogwarts still didn't believe that they were actually a romantic couple.

On this autumn day they sat beneath this particular tree. Her head was leant on his chest and her vibrant red hair was splayed across it. His eyes were closed as his chin rested on her head.

"James?" She asked

"Mhm" He replied

"Did you ever hate me?" Hiseyes opened in shock.

"Of course not!" He said appalled.

"Not even when I shouted at you?"

"Nope"

"What about when I called you horrible names?"

"Nope"

"How about when I hexed you?" He chuckled, remembering the multiple hexes Lily had placed on him.

"Nope"

"Seriously? You never hated me for all the mean things I did to you?"

"Nope" He said finally opening his eyes. "Did you ever hate me?"

"Not hate. I disliked you at times, you annoyed me quite alot."

"Really? Never would have guessed" He said sarcastically.

"Hey!" She said playfully hitting his chest.

"Lily?" He asked.

"Mhm?" She said with her eyes now closed.

"I love you" He whispered

"I love you too" She answered.

"And do you wanna know something else?"

"What?"

"We are the most dysfunctional couple ever" He said with a grin

"That's why I love you" She said with an identical grin.

They layed there, the crisp autumn breeze lightly brushing over them and the leaves falling around them, them and their personal bubble of love.

I think It's amazing that I can write such cheesy stuff lol

My friend always accuses me of being cheesy and cliche` but, pft, whatever, I'm me! Lol
