Lisa looked at Greg, she was furious, he had just told her she would be a great mother, after she lost the baby, but when she was getting a baby, he had told her that she would suck as a mother.
"Why do you have to negate everything?" she asked in a desperate plea, standing defensively and leaning towards him threateningly.
He sighed and ran a hand through his hair, "I don't know"
She looked at him shocked, then sighed and sat down, "You were right in the beginning, I would suck as a mother"
He limped over to her and sat beside her, wrapping one arm around her shoulders with one leg extended in front of him.
She leant into him, her head resting on his shoulder as she closed her eyes.
Greg linked his fingers with hers, "You know, we could have a baby together"
Lisa sighed, ""Why? I would be a rubbish mother and now you're just saying that to get me into bed", she moved back and stood up, walking a few steps away from him.
Greg sighed, "Lisa, you'd make a great mother, and I'm suggesting having a baby with you because its what I want too"
Lisa ran her hand through her brown curls and sighed, "You don't get it do you! I don't want a baby with you, because you don't love me, and Im starting to realise you never will, but Greg, I love you, I loved you since I first met you in College, and I always will"
Greg smiled and stood up, limping over to her and wrapped his arms around her slender waist, "Dont you dare think that, even for a second", he sighed and buried his face in the crook of her neck, "I love you too, Lisa, I want to have a baby with you, because I want to be with you and the fact that I cant stand to think of another mans child growing inside you"
She turned in his arms, wrapping her arms around his neck, and looking up at him, "you mean that?"
He nodded, "Of course I do", he leant down capturing her lips in a tender kiss.
When air was necessary they broke apart and leant their foreheads against each others and smiled, "I love you" she whispered softly.
Greg grinned in return "I love you too, Lise"
