One long night at the Yuki shrine "Jaden." " yes Alexis?" " someone is at the door." "I'm going" So Jaden got up out of bed and went to answer the door. " Hello?" jaden called into the blackness. " Is this the yuki residence?" the strange person asked. " Yes." Jaden answered. " Then I will tell you who I am." " I am Sesshomaru, Lord of the west." " Well why did you come here?" Jaden asks. " I have come to see your daughter." Sesshomaru answered. Then Jaden opened the door and in stepped Sesshomaru, he was two times taller than jaden and looked very stunning in his regal cloak. " I will go and get serenity." Jaden said quietly making his way up the stairs into his daughters room. Once there he took serenity out of her crib and walked downstairs again. " May I hold her for a moment?" " Sure." so jaden handed serenity over to Lord sesshomaru. Then he gently placed his forehead close to hers and the mark of a blue crescent moon appeared on her forehead and right arm. " I shall come back for serenity on her 10th birthday, since we are now mated for life." sesshomaru said. Then the lord of the west gently kissed serenity, she smiled at the touch of his lips to her skin. Then all of a sudden, Serenity's hair became long and turned a bright white color, so it resembled that of sesshomaru. Sesshomaru then handed serenity back to jaden and before he departed, gave jaden a piece of his cloak saying " if ever she cries and neither you nor alexis can calm her down, you may give this to her and she will stop immediately." then as quickly as he had come Sesshomaru, Lord of the west departed.
