Blood Dragon

Akane sat on the edge of the lake, her mind crying yet her eyes were dry. She mourned for that night, the night when they came, those murderers. Now she was alone with nothing, but still she would not break, they could not break her, there is nothing more they could take from her. The lonely girl stood and laughed, she was an empty shell, no emotions, strong as hell itself. Akane laughed again the sound echoing on the rock around her. Without knowing it her enemies had given her the strongest weapon, emotionless hate.

Two figures clad in black and red robes stood in front of a house. This house that they were sent to was burnt and broken, the smell of blood hung in the air around it. The shorter of the two looked down, bloody footprints led from the house to the forest nearby then ended. The person who's prints those belonged to had certainly tried to cover their tracks after entering the wood, but the mysterious people were expert trackers and they soon came upon a young girl no more than 16 laughing emotionlessly by a lake. The first man motioned to the other.
"It's her" A man's voice said. The girl spun around her face a mask, than laughed again.
" So Akatsuki you have come I thought you would" The girl walked towards them.
"How do you know us?" The taller demanded harshly. Only to be punched by the other.
"Yes we are the Akatsuki and you must now come with us to join our cause" The first stated calmly.
" O.k. I will join if you will show me who you are" Akane reasoned. The figure removed his hat to reveal a boy of about 18 years old, with raven black hair and red eyes. She stopped short.
"Itachi-kun" she whispered.
"hn" was all the boy replied.
" Come on Itachi let's go now we've got her" The taller man said removing his hat too, he had an appearance quite like a human shark, yet Akane failed to be surprised she had heard that the demon Kisame of the hidden mist village had joined the Akatsuki, and also a few rare things could surprise Akane Arisu.
And so they set off. After a couple of hours walking the three stopped in front of a large stone wall, the Uchiha touched it and it slid open to reveal a large cave with a weird statue in the center.
"Come" Itachi beckoned to her from a doorway on the far side of the room. Akane followed through the door into a hallway with black walls and floor. Torches of red fire lit the dim corridor, Akane could see in the dark so it was fine for her. After passing closed door after door the hallway opened up to a tall steep staircase. The three people walked up stopping at the first landing, then turned into yet another dark hallway, this time stopping at the first door.
"Tis leader's office" Kisame told her " go in, don't make him wait" Akane turned and pushed the door open.
"Arisu, welcome, shut the door behind you" came a voice from a human shaped shadow.
" Pien" was all she said shutting the door and sitting in a stone chair that had just appeared.
