A/N: Hello! :) How've you been? It's been forever since I posted something, but here's something new! I think I should've just made a composite for all of these... Oh well, perhaps it's too late... xD lol

Enjoy!

Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto. That belongs to Masashi Kishimoto. This Italian Sonnet is mine, however.

Sorrow's Memories

Sing my pain within a song

You've broken my soul apart

Go ahead- destroy my heart

I've known you would all along

In youth, I yearned to belong

To you, after Cupid's dart-

It's shattered, gone, that cursed chart-

Now you sound the war-time gong

There's no chance to love you now

Not after the blood you've shed

And the path you chose instead

There is no one that'd allow

Such a union; I was callow-

I thought I could fix your head;

All you see are stains of red

How could you have sunk so low?

You used to be my only one-

The Sasuke that I knew is gone

A/N: This came out because I was going through old drafts; almost the first half of this was a version of what might've been Sorrow's Song, for those of you that read that one. I guess that this is almost a continuation of sorts, an expansion of the SasuSaku that wasn't. Lol, yeah, Sorrow's Song almost came out like this. xD I found and finished it a few days ago, except now it has a distinct SakuraSasuke feel, instead of the ItachiSakura of Sorrow's Song. I don't know if I'll call the poems a set, though, as I was writing this while thinking of the later chapters in Shonen Jump. I won't say anything more if you haven't read the latest chapters, so they're not spoiled, though.

Hm, I think this is one of my rougher-feeling poems, in terms of smoothness. I didn't quite maintain the 7 syllables per line (some going into 8), some areas still felt slightly choppy, and a couple of the rhyme schemes were slightly on the questionable side, lol. Ah well. xD I hope you liked it; this one was fun in its spontaneous creation.

Please R&R and share your thoughts! :) Thanks!
