NPOV

It was exhilarating riding on jakes back. Fun, like every moment with Jake. Holding on to his warm fur, feeling safe and protected.

Jake I projected into hid head. I felt his head nod.

Mom and Dad Said for you to stay at the cottage tonight, because there going hunting, okay? I told him with my special power. Sometimes it was nice not to have to talk but just show people what I want.

I felt him nod again. Then we reached my parents cottage. I hoped off of Jakes back and gave him his clothes. He went into the forest to go phase and when he cam into view I walked into the cottage pulling him by his hand.

"I'm going to go get ready for bed, stay here" I said as he sat down on the couch. But before I left I gave him a quick kiss on the cheak. After a shower I got changed into a pair of silk shorts and a cammi. When I walked back into the living room I found Jacob sitting on the couch watching TV. I cam and sat beside him and he pulled me into his chest and layed across the couch.

" Jake im going to go to bed now, good night" I said as I kissed his cheak .

"ok, Good night my Nessie"

I woke up in the morning to someone else in my bed. I was confused. But I knew who it was in a instant, Jake. I turned around to look at him.

"Uh, jake don't you think dad is gonna kill you for being in my bed?" I muttered.

"yeah probably. But you got cold in the night so.. I came" he replied.

"oh, Well thank you"

"anytime" I smiled when he said that. That was weird, why would I smile usually I would just say nothing and think nothing of it. Were my thoughts about imprinting wrong, well I was going to get my answers soon enough.

"Come on lets get some breakfast" "you hungry?, wait when are you not hungry"

" true, what do you want to eat?"

"I can get it"

"no sit while I get breakfast"

"ok" I said as I sat down in the kitchen chair. After Jake made me breakfast I went to go get ready for the day. When I was in the shower I heard my fathers voice loud enough for me to hear while I as in the shower.

"NO!" and I heard Jakes voice too, oh they were fighting, tipical. I wasn't surprised when I heard what they were talking about. This morning when I woke up and Jake was there. So I got out of the shower and quickly got dressed into jean shorts and a long sleeve white shirt. Once I was done changing I went out nto the kitchen to try and find out what was going on and there was my dad teeth clenched, fists into balls and my mom trying to calm him down.

"DAD!" I yelled at him. He was upset and very angry.

"Oh, uhhmm Renesmee go to your room please" may dad said his teeth still clentched together.

"no, why are you getting so mad, dad, I just got cold in the night and jake was there to warm me up…its so not a big deal"

"It is a big deal when its my little girl"

"im not a little girl anymore im 17, I hate how everyone still thinks of me as achild when im not!"I stormed out of the room taking Jacob with me. I sat down on my bed setting Jake beside me. When he pullen my up into his lap and rocked me he asked

"Do you want to go to the beach?" asking because he knew the beach would make me happy.

"yeah just let me get ready" I said excited now as I pushed him playfully out of my room. I went into my closet, which thankfully to Alice was asbis as my room. I went in and opened a drawer and found a dark purple bakkini. I changed in my clloset and put my cloths I had on hefor back on over my bathing suit and some fli[p flops. I came out of my room and Jacob was waiting there outside my door.

"ready?" he asked

"yeah"
