Selena's POV
"Selena get ready for school! Its your last day so you'd better not be late!" "Coming mother!" I called. Hi. My Name Is Selena. Im 11 Years old and I go to a school called Stone Fill. We have a field trip on the last day (witch is today) to the pool! I just love to swim. I will just get to the story.
We were swimming at the pool. I went under for more than one minute so someone knew I was in trouble. But secretly, I wasn't. I was fine! I could even breathe under water. I just loved to get wet. My Best friend came shakily over and even though she was absolutely TERRIFIED of the water she went in to help me. When she pulled me out, I was breathing and everything. Hm, some kind of a situation.
So this boy I HATE came up to me and said something like "AUGHHHHHH YOU RUIN EVERYTHING!" Or maybe I got the AUGHHHHHH wrong. Maybe it was10 H's? So anyways, he pushed me straight into the pool! I have no idea how, but I willed it to splash water in his face!
"How did you do that!" My best friend Sunny asked me. "I don't know, but I want to to it again!"
So anyways, I ended up getting expelled that day. Atleast it was on the last day. I have gotten expelled earlier in the year because of my ADHD. So When I went home and told my mom the news she hugged me and said "its time" I wonder what that meant.
My Mom was driving like a lunatic driving in ice! But all I knew was that something was following us. "Mom what IS that?" I asked. I was scared! "I have to get you there I have to get you there" "GET ME WHERE!" "Don't ask questions! Just get out of the car!" she said, and those, were her last words.
I woke with a start. There was this girl and boy feeding me something that tasted like pudding. My lungs were on fire and I swear, if body parts could scream, they were having a temper tantrum. When the kids saw my eyes waking up, they said "who is your godly parent?" "I only have one godly parent. Shes beautiful and my mom. I don't have a dad. She told me he was lost at sea. But my mom is li-" "Unidentified. How old are you?" "im 11. My name is selena" "im Annabeth and this is Percy" "hello Selena" the guy that must have been percy said. I just fainted.
