The sound of twilight

Hello twilight my old friend

I've come to talk with you again

and Midna was softly creeping

And landed on my back while I was sleeping

And the scent that was planted in my brain

Still remains

Within the sound of twilight

Restlessly I walked alone

On Kakariko's cobblestone

Within the gaze Midna

And her helmet's strange insignias

When my eyes were stabbed by the flash of spirit light

They were in fright

Which echoed within the twilight

And in the spirit light I saw

4 people maybe more

People talking without speaking

People hearing without listening

People with that were aglow

But this they did not know

Within the sound of twilight

Fools said I you do not know

Twilight like a cancer grows

Hear my words so I might teach you

Touch my fur so that I might reach you

But my words like silent raindrops fell

And echoed in the wells of twilight

And the people bowed and prayed

That the monsters would stay at bay

And the light god flashed out its warning

In the words it was forming

And the tears of light are within the monsters eyes

Under the twilight sky

Were they whisper within the sound of twilight
