I ran outside, barefoot. It was cold and raining, and the only guide I had was the moonlight, but I couldn't bare to be in that house with him at this moment in time.
" 'Mione, please," Ron begged.
"No, Ron. This is the last time. I mean it," I said menacingly.
"Hermione, stop. Let me say something first," he asked.
I turned around expectantly.
"I want you to hold me, I want you to love me, I want you to be there every single time that I need you and even during the times when I don't. I want to be able to say that you're mine, to be able to come home to you. I want to be with you as many hours of the day that's possible because you're the most beautiful, most clever girl in the world. You mean everything to me. But, more than anything, I want you to marry me" he said.
Tears of joy streamed down my face. "Oh Ron, I'm so sorry. I love you, so much, more than anyone will ever know," I said, pulling him into a bone-crushing hug.
"So what's your answer?" he asked as we pulled away.
"Yes," I giggled. He picked me up wedding style and carried me inside. I leaned against his chest and whispered,"I love you."
