Chapter 1
"She's waking up.", Daniel said. I was lying on my back on the floor. I was beaten up like hell by my mom today because of my cute yet devil minded brother, Alex. He had put my compact and dark royal blue eyeliner on my mom's $50000 dress and had put liquor bottles under my bed but I don't even drink! My head was paining like hell and my throat was dry from all the screaming while being beaten up.
"Ahhhh…. Hey don't do that! It hurts!"- I shrieked when they were pouring ice-cold water on me. "Hey Ellie! Oooo, you're looking quite pretty."Daniel said, laughing at me, pointing his forefinger towards me.
"Hey bro! What are you going to do now with my dead body now?" I asked him weakly. He amusingly looked at me.
"Hey Ellie!" Alex said, hiding behind my big brother's legs.
"You little brat! Wait till I get my hands on your puny little body and drink your tasty sweet blood like water!" I shrieked at him and he ran away like a train.
"Eleanor, come here. Let me bandage you up." Mom said after I came to the living, stumbling down the great staircase of our mansion.
We lived on the top of Devil's Hill. It was called so because of the two separate hills arising from it. There's a road from the top going all the way down to May Town. It was named by Mayor Thompson after his only daughter May, who died last year due to a car accident. No one found her dead body till now. There was a rumor that her boyfriend, Fred took the dead body just after the accident.
"I hate you, mom." I muttered when I got up from the great stumbling. I glared at her, my eyes filled with anger but she didn't even give a shit to it.
"I'm going to get Anthony from the airport. We'll come back at night. You three, eat the dinner and sleep. Nothing else. Don't fight with Alex. And please don't make this house like a garbage bin with Ivy and April. Please… I beg u!" She completed her long speech with a sigh.
"Bring dad safely ma!"-I said to her.
