Soft. If anything, soft is not what I would have imagined his lips to be. But unlike the cool mask he has created, they are soft. So soft and so warm.
He is trying to push me away, but I am persistent. If I fail to do this, then I would have to kiss…Snape. Inwardly, I shudder. As if anyone would ever want to get that close to such a… such a… thing. Although I suppose Voldemort could be worse.
Truth. I should've chosen Truth, I realize. But no, I *had* to be the brave hero and choose Dare. But… but then he starts to respond and I am in heaven. Those so soft lips part to allow his tongue release. Ohh…
"Time!"
I open my eyes and slowly pull away. I can hear my friends coming forward and Seamus gives me a hearty slap on the back. I pitch forward slightly, but I can feel his grip tighten around my biceps so I don't fall.
Loss. I felt so nice in his arms. Our faces so close that our breath mingled as one. Now I am being pulled away from him and I feel like I am losing him. Stupid, right? Considering I only kissed him once, and that was because of a Dare.
I look back and see him still sanding there, watching, but then he smirks.
"Hey, Potter!" He calls. My friends and I slow down as I turn around. I almost dread what he is about to say next, "I dare you to do that again."
I grin wildly in happiness and relief and move back into his arms. I know my friends are all probably gaping like fish right now, but hey, it was their fault for daring me to kiss Draco Malfoy in the first place.
