14 years ago two of Gotham's deadliest inhabitants brought two children into their messed up lives. Only a few days later a bat gets ahold of this information. He only sees one child and takes it away. 14 years later the Joker and Harlequin are teaching one child how to survive in this crazy world. While the other child is living a pretty normal life. What happens when they meet?

14 years later the Joker and Harlequin are teaching their remaining child how to survive in this crazy world. While their other child is living a pretty normal life not knowing who their real parents are. What happens when the twins finally meet each other?
