The kindom was going to die. It was official. Toadatheen gathered up more old books from the library, carefully scanning the front covers. 'How to survive a Kidnapping: by princess peach' nope still not it. She needed somthing along the lines of flood or apocalypse.

The little toad felt lost because of how people treated her. She knew with the help of E.gadd that the end was soon coming, she just wished she could find a way to fix it. She truly loved the people of the mushroom kingdom, no matter how harsh they had been on her lately...

"Are you looking for somthing?" Another little toad appeared next to her. "My name is Toadby, I am looking for a job as a librarian!" He greeted her with a warm smile. He was a toad with red spots...but one was blue. How peculiar she wondered, however that diden't change the way she thought about him, not one bit. She also had a condition. It involved her head being completely white, no spots atall. It was due to extremely rare genetics, partly the reason people treated her the wrong way.

Oh no, she realised she had been stareing too long. "I am so sorry, how rude of me. I just found it funny how we both have unique spots. My name is Toadatheen by the way." She said as quickly as she could, she did not want to leave the wrong impression. "That's okay, I think your head is quite pretty actually. So, have you f-found the book you are looking for?" He asked with a slight blush on his face. He seemed rather dorky, but in a good way.

"Umm...no. I am looking for a book on surviving a apocolypse. It seems through all it's attacks the mushroom kindom has had, no one knows a dang thing on dealing with one." The two laughed with agreement. He helped her look more in section A and also S, however they still could not find one. There was only a two libraries in the mushroom kingdom. The chances of there being no book on survival seemed thin, how strange?

" Toadby, I have got it!" She suddenly exclaimed, spinning her new toad friend around. He looked dazed, but replied soon after with a smile on his face. "What is your great idea?" He asked with a look of excitement in his eyes, he wanted to fulfil his friends needs as much as possible. "Why don't we write a book on how to survive one?! You and me, we could write the best guide in the world!" She said spinning around and chucking her old books in the air.The two burst out into a fit of laughter as the books tumbled on the floor around them, before someone reminded them to be quieter. It was amazing how a girl could change his mind just like that, he did want to be a author back when he was a little toad. This was his chance."That is a great idea, I would adore becoming a author with you Toadatheen!" He said, hugging his new best friend. They could not be more happy. She had found a friend. A proper one!

It was settled then. The two Toads would chase after their impossible mission, nothing could stop them now. Toadby seemed trustworthy, she did not mind telling him the truth about what was going to happen in a months time. Peach should be worried. The kingdom should be worried.

Toadatheen managed to convince him to come too E.gadds to show him all the evidence they had collected so far. It was a big underground lair, with dim lights and a dark atmosphere. Toadby felt sorry for Toadatheen, how long haft this been her working space? He looked around the room, paper and blueprints were scattered everywhere. However he noticed that the place was pretty much abandoned right now. The professor must be out. How looked over at Toadatheen who was on a large computer, she signalled for him to come over. "Look at this...it will explain a few things." She said. The screen lit up, it began to go through how there would be the biggest tsunami ever. followed by a flood, this was all down to the fact a volcano was forming under mysterious Island, not yet explored. When all of the island fell in the sea because of the split in the island, the sea level would rise significantly and would send a big splash towards the Mushroom kingdom which would then become the tsunami. The screen stopped and asked if Toadatheen would want to replay it. Toadby shook with horror. She could be making this all up...but at the same time he trusted her. She seemed like a really nice toad.

"We have to warn people!" Toadby said with a scared tone to his voice. "Look Toadby, I have already tried, I even went to the princess and she didn't believe me...and that took some breaking and entering into the castle." Toadatheen replied with a sad voice. Toadby felt a bit lost, what about his family? Would they ever make it...there had to be a way.The two Toads stood there awkwardly for a minute, trying to figure out how to get around this life threatening problem. Toadby noticed the somewhat enchanting toad pacing up and down before him, her purple sneakers squeaking softly against the marble floor. "What is the highest point in the mushroom kingdom?" Toadby asked. She looked at him with a confused look on her face, before crossing her arms. "What is it Toadby, spill!" He began planning it out in his head. he had a idea.

A better-than-nothing idea.

It had to work.
