After he and Ginny married, Harry wasn't sure where they and Teddy would live. He decided to go and repair the cottage at Godrics Hollow and live there. Once that was finished, he dropped Teddy off at Ron & Hermione's house then disapparated with Ginny to Godrics Hollow. "Where are we?" asked Ginny, who was wearing a blindfold and feeling a bit nauseous. "Godrics Hollow, at the cottage where I lived when I was a baby" said Harry while removing the blindfold.
"Oh Harry, it's..." "It's what?" "It's beautiful. I can see us raising them here" said Ginny while absentmindedly rubbing her abdomen which was rounder and more swollen than usual. Harry couldn't fail to notice this and said "Them?" "Oh Harry I was going to tell you this morning... I - um - I'm - uh" "Ginny what is it? I've noticed that you've practically moved in with the toilet, wear looser clothes, sleep differently, eat like your brother does and touch your stomach a lot".
"Harry" said Ginny with a huge ear-to-ear grin. "What?" "I'm Pregnant." "WHAT?!" "I'm literally pregnant!" "Wha - What - Seriously?" "Seriously. You're right about all the symptoms you mentioned earlier and the funniest one was about Ron. Ha-ha." "Whoa... Gonna be a father as well as a godfather... like wow... Ginny, i bloody love you!" "Ohh!" Ginny exclaimed when he swung her around and kissed her passionately.
A passer-by wolf whistled at them and they broke apart, Ginny blushing until her face and hair were the same colour. Harry was grinning like mad and said "Do Ron & Hermione know about this?" "No, although I think they suspect something, because Ron noticed I was eating like him which I dont normally do and Hermione noticed when I was wearing billowy clothes" said Ginny. Harry chuckled while rubbing her back with one hand and placing his other hand on her swelling abdomen. "So we're really gonna be parents?" asked Harry. "Yes we are sweetheart" replied Ginny. "Let's go tell Hermione and my brother shall we?" "Sure thing".
Harry and Ginny then apparated to the burrow where Ron and Hermione still lived. After rebalancing Ginny immediately threw up from the sensation from apparating. "Oops, sorry love" said Harry. "That's ok Harry; I just get nauseated easily at the moment, especially because I'm actually 8 weeks pregnant." "Wow... now let's tell Ron and Hermione"
