Flooded

"Don't you dare die on me," Sam screamed as dragged his brother from the rank water of the flooded basement.
He pulled the gun from his belt and emptied the clip into the motionless body of the rawhead. Somehow it helped.
Dean made a strange rattling noise and his eyes rolled up.
Sam's hands shook as he struggled to find a pulse, hoping it was just due to the bone-numbing cold.
He started CPR, obsessively repeating the steps in his head. He winced when Dean's ribs cracked beneath his hands, but it was worth it for the eventual gasping breath.
