Summary:
War is over and Naruto became Hokage. The true peace finally came. Uchiha Obito and Kakashi Hatake went missing.
Somewhere in the sea, young and scarred man opened his eye. Rinnegan, stolen from Nagato was gouged out in the war. Luckily they didn't gouge out his Sharingan. How this happened?
The last thing he remembered was excruciantingly painful extraction of Bijuu and green light.
Now light is also green, or more likely blue-green and the space surrounding him is so strange. When he looked up he saw strong light coming from above. Everything around was so new, so wet. It's liquidy and funny, because he felt like he was flowing here.
Flowing. Liquid? Blue green?
He waved his legs and stiffened in pure horror.
Fish tail?
What's that? He's a fucking merman.
"FUCK!"
His screams awakened someone, because that person gave muffled sound. Obito looked down, on the man sleeping on the white sand, That man was merman too.
"What's that, Obito? Fish? That's your dream world?"
"Better look at yourself, Bakakashi" hissed.
"Oh, well." he catched his arm violently, demanding some answers. "What's going on?"
Scarred Uchiha shrugged and waved his hand with embrassment.
"I don't know." he said, finally.
There's no lie in his former comrade words. Suprisingly, Obito is now truly sincere, unlike their last meeting.
