SHREK'S NEW FRIEND





One day at Shrek's swamp, he was eating dinner when he heard Donkey calling him.

"Hey, Shrek come out here!"

Shrek came to see what the yelling was all about. When he looked outside he saw Donkey drinking water.

"What do you want Donkey?" Shrek asked him concered.

"I want you to find another friend because we are through!" Donkey answered.

Shrek was a little bit confused but he agreed with Donkey's idea.

"Okay. Maybe I'll find another Donkey." Shrek said finally.

"And maybe I'll find another ogre." Donkey said smiling.

So they set off to find another friend to hang around with. Shrek was far away from his swamp until he found another donkey eating grass.

"Hi there!" said Shrek, scaring the poor thing.

"You scared me." said the donkey. It had the voice of a girl.

"Sorry. I didn't mean to." Shrek said kindly.

Shrek saw the donkey's tail it had a bright pink bow on the end. And she had two little pink bows on her ears.

"My name is Buffy. I live alone here in the woods." she told Shrek.

"Would you like to come and live with me?" asked Shrek.

"I would love to!" Buffy exclaimed.

So they arrived at Shrek's swamp. Buffy was really nervous about this part. What happens next?
