A new Jacob/Bella story, please let me know what you think!

Preface

(Jacob POV)

So her name was Bella. She was a great girl, got straight A's in school, loved by everyone, and the best type of friend anyone could ask for. She had been my best friend for as long as I could remember…until three years ago, that is.

April 14th 2006 was the day that Isabella Marie Swan went missing. The day that a wound appeared in my soul. A wound that had never healed from the time I learned about her disappearance.

I'm Jacob Black, now a nineteen year old werewolf. I gave up my place as Alfa of the pack the day that Bella went missing. Ever since then, I had been searching the whole country for her, but she is nowhere to be found.

Or she doesn't want to be found. Either way, Bella has been gone. The pain in my heart is a fresh wound. Freshly cut and sliced every day I live without her.

I'm also looking for a vampire by the name of Edward Cullen. The vampire that broke Bella's heart. The September before Bella went missing, the Cullens, whom she always referred to as her second family left her, saying that by staying they would be put in danger because of their leaders, the Volturi.

I will kill him and his family if I have to. I didn't know how I would, but he won't live another second if I get my hands on him, I promise you that.

Right now, I'm lay beside a large oak tree in Pennsylvania. This was one of her favorite states to visit because of the trees, the mountains, and many other things.

Today was April 14th 2009, and I was sad because it was the day she went missing, but also happy in myself, 'cause I had been looking for her, non-stop, and I was quite proud of myself.

I took a beautiful rose out of my pocket and laid it down beside the tree.

"I promise, Bella, that no matter what it takes, I will find you" I whispered, hoping that somehow she would know I was searching for her, looking in every place possible.

But when I turned around, what met my eyes was the last person I wanted to see at this moment of remembrance.

Edward.
