Rory wouldn't have even thought of going to this party. I mean it's a Chilton party but she had to get out of there. Her house, her town and really anywhere dean was going to be. They had just broken up because she couldn't say that she loved him. She brought lane and got the party late and there were hundreds of people there.

As lane was dancing Rory went into the old piano room. "Oh sorry...Oh hey Tristan." She said walking further into the room. "Oh hey Rory. I didn't think you would come… you hate Chilton people." He answered not looking up. "I thought I would give it a try. What are you doing here?" I said I felt bad for him he just got dumped in front of the whole school." Umm It's a party." He said with a smirk on his face. "you know what I mean!" she laughed as she sat down next to him. "oh yeah well I was tired of people looking at me funny." He looked down as he said this, playing 3 notes on the piano. "They will find something new to talk about tomorrow. Paris is bound to do something crazy in the next 24 hours." I joked. He smiled. "thanks. Can I ask you something rory?" he asked "yeah of course" she said looking at him. "why are you being so nice? I mean I haven't been that great to you lately." He asked. "well I know what your going though." She said. He looked really confused. "I broke up with dean the other day." She said.
"oh I am really sorry." Tristan looked down
" na its okay I guess I will get over it." She was trying not to show that she so not over it.
"do you think you will ever get back together?" he asked looking from the side of his
"no I don't think so" she answered
"oh" is all he could say and then there was quiet. she looked away from him and to the wall. She started to turn when she said.
"What about you and…" she was stopped by his lips on hers. She tried to pull away but she could she wanted him as much as he wanted her.

Rory woke up with a start she didn't know where she was. She sat up and BANG! Hit her head on something. Wait she was starting to remember everything including why she had no clothes on. She looked to her left and there was Tristan and she looked up and sore that they were under the piano. No she thought as she got up to look for her clothes. She wounded where lane was and what her mother was thinking. Maybe she hasn't noticed yet. As she was getting dressed Tristan woke up." Where you running off to mary? Well we can't really call you that any more can we." He said with a smirk. She just looked at him " wow still a jerk. I have to go." Rory answered. "why?" he said as he walked over to her wrapped in a blanket and bend down to kiss her. "No this was a mistake." She said. He pulled back. "Of but of course. Cya ya at school Maggie" and he walked away. " was it a mistake?" Rory thought out loud.
