A/N: Another silly little one-shot based on something that happened to me when I was washing dishes with a friend. I'm pretty sure I remember seeing a small kitchenette off to the side of the office in one of the episodes but they've changed the set so many times I could be wrong. If there isn't let's just pretend :)

Disclaimer: I own nothing.

It had all started with something as simple as washing dishes. The mugs and assorted other crockery had been stacking up in the small kitchenette for quite a while now and was beginning to look liable to topple over.

In light of this Jackie, who was in need of an excuse to stop working, decided to do something about it. It really wouldn't take her that long, especially with Michael sequestered in his office and Robbie and Stuart out chasing a lead.

At least that had been the theory. What she hadn't counted on was Michael coming out of his office and offering to help her.

It had all deteriorated rather quickly after that.

At first they had worked steadily in companionable silence, but then Michael had dropped a spoon in the sink; accidentally causing water to flick up into Jackie's face.

Naturally she had retaliated by flicking water in his face, which had led to counter retaliation and from there it had rapidly degenerated into an all out tea towel war.

Victory, however, had been Jackie's after she had caught him squarely in the face, and completely unawares, with a handful of water from the sink.

Of course, Robbie and Stuart chose that moment to return.

Both took in the sight of a sopping wet Michael and a giggling Jackie with identical expressions of confusion.

"What have you been doing?" Robbie asked, looking around at the water that covered the floor.

"Just washing dishes," Jackie replied, trying to look innocent, only to break into another fit of giggles when she made the mistake of looking at Michael.

Robbie shook his head, "Can't leave you two alone for five minutes," he said in mock exasperation.

Jackie eventually managed to contain her giggles enough to start mopping up the mess they had made. Whilst Michael attempted to make a dignified exit, which had been ruined when he slipped on the wet floor.

Later that evening Jackie was sitting on her couch reading when she got a message on her phone: "I still have soap bubbles up my nose."

She couldn't remember the last time she'd laughed so hard.

A/N: That is word for word the message I recieved the next day from my friend. I was too proud of myself to apologise, I seriously thought he had seen it coming! :)
