I'll be doing the 30 OTP Challenge for RusCan. It doesn't get a lot of love. So...Boom. Here we go. I own nothing but the story itself.
Day one: Holding Hands
Ivan, better known as Russia, sat beside his secret lover. Matthew, better known as Canada, glanced at him and he smiled. They sat in the middle of the G8 World Summit. "Thank you for noticing me." Matthew softly whispered. Ivan blushed and he cheerfully murmured back, "Of course. I could never forget about you."Matthew reached under the table and he took Ivan's hand carefully.
Ivan held his hand happily as he focused on the arguing. Matthew hated the arguing, but as long as his lover was near him, he thought that he'd be okay. Ivan squeezed his hand lightly when he heard them mention Canada.
Trade was good in his country, especially between Russia and Canada. They ended up calling him up. They were noticing him. He stood with a huge grin and he began talking about the world's problems. They could hear him. He wasn't being ignored. They could see him. He looked to Ivan with a huge smile. Ivan looked ecstatic for him.
Everything was good. Everything seemed perfect for them.
