Ch. 1

Well... I'm not sure if half of these words are going to be half-lyrics because I'm listening to music at 2:32 in the morning while I'm typing thi- things I've heard from a broken mirror- oh oops.

"UGHHH" you yelled, sighing afterward while dropping your bags on the floor and running through your old, old apartment and falling on the bed.

You had just come home from a 2 year old mission with your sensei and you were exhausted.

You fell asleep, face down on the bed contemplating whether to take a shower or to sleep more.

You figured, you would feel better to shower then nap, you remembered you had to go check in with your sensei and see if she had reported to Lady Hokage about the mission.

You took off your clothes, stepping in the shower and letting the warm water run down your back to calm you. While in the showers you were thinking about how everyone had changed, everyone grew older and matured. Wweeelll.. You had been told you were always more mature than your age, so now you probably had the maturity as your great great grandfather.

You laughed to yourself as you started to wash.

After getting out of the shower, you decided to check in with your sensei before sleeping, it would just be more weight off your shoulder.

"Hey! Sensei!" You said as you ran over to the group of Jounin, Kakashi sensei, Asuma sensei, and your sensei, Kurenai.

When you reached them, everyone turned their attention to you. "My, my, you sure have grown haven't you (f/n)." Kakashi sensei said with his bored look as always.

You blushed and stuck out your tongue at him, realising yourself that you had grown quite a bit, not to mention you had grown out almost all your shirts pants from getting a lot taller.

"Whatever." You replied to Kakashi sensei.

You looked over to Kurenai sensei and Asuma sensei talking and hugging, you saw Asuma sensei kiss Kurenai sensei on the forehead.

You smiled and put your hands together below your chin, and in a childish way said "Awww.."

Kurenai blushed and said, "Yes (f/n), I did report to Lady Tsunade."

You sighed in relief.

"Thank you! Now I get to sleep."

The group laughed at you, you turned away walking sleepily back to your home.

"Ahh great now it's 7:24 just the right time to sleep." You said to yourself as you glanced at the clock, and slipping on black shorts that were skin tight that went to your mid-thigh, as long with a bigger white shirt, you then tucked it in.

You climbed into bed, looking out the window and thinking about how much you missed the sunsets in Konaha.

As you awoke next afternoon at 2:12, but yet not the longest you have slept.

You got up and walked outside, stretching, you then started to walk, and walk, and walk.

Not having a certain destination, you decided to walk to Ichiraku Ramen for.. Breakfast? Unsure if you could consider it breakfast since it was already afternoon.

You walked, and walked, seeing it in the distance, someone called your name from behind you turned around, sleepily.

"Hey! (f/n)? Is that you?!" You could tell this was Naruto.

You gasped, Naruto had grown A LOT taller, shoulders more abroad, you blushed looking at him up and down.

"Hey stop staring at me like that creep!" Naruto said with his closed eyed smile and a laugh.

You punched him in the arm sheepishly.

"You are a lot more.. Hmm I don't know how to put it.." Naruto said looking at you closely.

"Sorry.. I kind of just woke up." You looked to the side, ashamed. You were still wearing the black shorts and white shirt, while your (h/c) hair was in a messy bun.

"WHAT?! But it's like 3?!" Naruto said, surprised.

"Well, I woke up more at 2:12.." You said with a smile, rubbing the back of your neck.

"Hmm, want to go get some ramen with me?" Naruto offered.

"Why not?" You said, walking, thinking about how you were almost out of money and you knew Naruto would make you pay for his also.
