What She Wants

She smiled looking up as the rain began to fall softly out of the sky. Finally, she'd get to see him! It had just been three days since she had seen him last yet she missed him, it felt as if a part of her were missing. He was always on her mind. His piercing eyes that gazed at her, that soft gaze like molten gold, she wanted to look at those mesmerizing eyes forever. His silver hair glowing like moonlight accentuated his strong jaw. His fangs gleamed slightly when he gave her his crooked smile. And his ears, those soft sensitive white dog ears, those ears that had attracted her to him the first time she saw him, she wanted to rub them just to be closer to him and feel him respond with pleasure.

She was standing there, her thoughts still revolving around him, when all of a sudden he appeared behind her and wrapped his arms around her. Her eyes widened as he pulled her into his arms. A soft blush crept up onto her cheeks. She knew without looking that it was him. His strong arms held her protectively against his chest. The heat emanating from his body replaced the chill of the rain. His silver hair draped over her shoulder mixing with her black strands. Her back pressed against his hard chest allowed her to feel the pounding of his heart, which, like hers, beat faster than normal. His warm breath gently caressed the skin on her neck as he rested his head on her shoulder.

Suddenly she felt his arms move, lifting her off the ground. She felt him sail through the air and land softly on the ground under a tree just as it started to pour. She expected him to let go of her but he surprised her –sitting down, he crossed his legs and pulled her onto his lap. She stiffened for a moment, startled by this sudden gesture. But after a moment she relaxed, settling down into his strong grip, tucking her head under his chin. She felt him sigh as he pulled her closer into his warm embrace. She leaned in, taking in his unique scent that smelled like tree bark, mint, and some sweet unidentifiable smell that began to drive her crazy.

She pulled away slightly to look up at his face. He was gazing down at her with an expression that sent a shiver down her spine. Her blush deepened as she gazed back at him seeing an emotion there that she had never seen before, a new sort of possessiveness, a passion that set her heart racing. She bit her lip, trying to keep her emotions in check.

He gazed at her, unable to look away. She bit her lip as a confused response to his intense stare, her innocent pink lips...his attention was diverted from her enchanting eyes to those soft,... tempting... yes, very tempting lips. He leaned in slowly unable to stop himself. His right hand crept up to gently cup her cheek, his thumb gently caressing her flushed skin while his left wrapped around her waist more firmly and pulled her even closer to him. He hesitated for a moment, unsure of whether she wanted this or not.

She held her breath as his face began to move closer to hers and he pulled her towards him. When he suddenly stopped his lips inches away from hers, she could hold back no longer. She leaned in closing the space between them, her lips pressing softly against his. He responded instantly, moving his lips with hers.

As she drowned in his exquisite taste she finally realised this longing, this intense emotion that was taking over her heart.

She knew now that she loved him. This is what she wanted.

She wanted him.
