BOYFRIENDS NO MORE- A Sidestory for SUPER EDS
The day was beautiful- birds were chirping, the river was flowing with a gentle breeze, and there was not a cloud in the sky. There were also three boys walking along a trail that they had made. They were simply interested in idle chat this morning.
"So, boys, did you see that show last night?" Eddy said.
"I apologize, Eddy. I did not see that wrestling tournament, no," Edd said.
"Gravy!" I don't care who you are, you know who said that.
"Shut up Ed. Anyways, Double-D, it was AWESOME! One guy pounded the referee!"
"Shocking." Edd was used to Eddy's always telling of the best parts.
"Oh, no."
"What is it, Ed?"
"K-k-k-"
"What is it? Spit it out!"
"KANKERS!"
They all looked where Ed was pointing, and sure enough, there were three girls standing there.
"Crap."
"So boys, did you take a little walk in Strawberry Sweetplace?" The leader, Lee talked first.
"Yeah, sweetie," said Marie. "I heard rumors goin' around town that you and Sidewalk Sally like each other."
"Y-y-yes, w-we're g-g-g-good friends, b-but-"
"DON'T LIE TO YOUR GIRLFRIEND, CHEATER!"
"Oh, big Ed..."
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"
Finally, Eddy said, "STOP!"
Everyone looked at him. Eddy did a strange hand gesture to Ed and Double-D, one that the Kankers easily meant 'scatter'. Little did they know that it had taken on a whole new meaning over the summer.
"You can't run boys, and you know that."
"Yeah, so we're gonna disappear."
"What?"
"Yeah. We disappear, and you'll never see us again."
"Oh, I'd like to see you try."
And several things happened at once.
There was an explosion of blue light, and Ed was gone- Edd just plain vanished into thin air- and Eddy disappeared with an impression of smoke where he was a nanosecond before.
The Kankers stood there for a solid minute, unaware that Eddy was back at the cul-de-sac, talking to Jonny, unaware that Ed was flying above them in hysterics, unaware that Edd hadn't even moved at all.
Then they screamed and ran off, never to be heard from again.
Edd, being invisible, and Ed, who could use quantum energy to fly, went back to the cul-de-sac virtually undetected, to deliver the news to Eddy.
A/N: A sidestory to go along with my favorite story on the internet, SUPER EDS! Nintendo-Nut1, if you are reading this, than please finish it soon. It's a great story, and I'll be waiting eagerly for the next part.
