Hello. First ever serious FanFic. It actually doesn't have any of the ID characters... It's my OC story. Review.
The blinding light was the first thing I noticed as I cracked open my left eye. It was stinging, seeping un-wantedly through my eyelashes to my eyes.
The second thing I noticed was the stinging sensation in my head. It seemed to spread through my skull, and end at the temple of my forehead. All in all, it hurt like the most painful sensation in the world.
And lastly, I remembered nothing. It was as if my mind was wiped clean of any memory. Only a single picture flashed before my eyes, and I suppose it was some lost memory.
That's when it hit me. That was the only thing I remembered. The picture of a beach, with the sun shining through the soft waves of the ocean and palm trees sprouting from here and there.
That was all. And, I felt so hollow.
