She's the Man After the party, Viola and Duke go to the IHOP to eat pancake. They order Pick-A-Pancake Combo and coffee. When they are waiting the foods, Viola starts talking. Viola: after these few months, I am very happy that I can be more close to you and the coach can let me join the soccer team. But I want to let you know the other things is I want to change my major in college. Duke: what do you mean? Viola: actually I usually interested about baking. ha ha. I still want to play soccer but I think I will spent more time to learn baking. Duke: okay. I got it. when did you change your mind? Viola: well, I had a best friend, her name is Renee. She is really good at baking, you know, I am an eating person. I love hand-made desserts and coffee. So we had decided to open a coffee shop together since we was 15 years old. And now, her parents suppose us to open a coffee shop so that we should really serious about this thing. Duke: you never told me that before. Viola: yeah, so I tell you now. Duke: I don't think that is a good idea. Do you know that open a coffee shop is not easy. And you just a college student. I don't think you have an ability to open a coffee shop. Viola: I know. so that is why I want to change my major and start to prepare everything. Duke: How naive this idea is! Viola: why don't you agree me? Duke: because I think that you still love playing soccer and be a national player just like me. Viola: I do. but open a coffee shop is my dream work, too. They didn't talk for a long time, even when they are eating ; they still not speak any word. After three day later, Duke call Viola Duke: hey Viola Viola: hey Duke Duke: I just want to tell you why I was a little bit upset that day. Because I always think that we have the same idea. We can work together in our future but sturdily you told me that you wanted to change your major and opened a coffee shop. So I think that idea is really unrealistic. But these days, I was thinking by myself. We are young. A lot of challenges are waiting for us to surmount. Being a soccer player is always my dream and I am ready to do that. I am so selfish, you always suppose my decision and I didn't notice that. so this time I want to change, too. I am 100 present says yes! Viola: thanks for understanding me. I will do my best and will not let you and my family disappoint. Duke: operating a coffee shop is not easy work. if you have any problem I will always stay by your side and help you.
