Levi has always liked Petra's tea.

It was something about it that made it so special. It tasted amazing. Other tea just wasn't the same. Petra's was special to him.

One certain day, Petra had provided him with her daily tea.

He sipped it with that blank expression in his face as always.

C-Corporal?... Does it taste alright?

He gazed upon her questioning face.

"Of course it does". It always has.

She then smiled.

Thank you, heichou.

"If I didn't like it... I wouldn't drink it would i now?" He said blankly.

Petra looked down at the tea.

...Right...

Sorry corporal... She apologized.

He gave her a weird look. "Why are you saying sorry?".

Petra, you did nothing wrong.

Petra couldn't quite explain it. When he drinks tea without showing emotion it's hard to tell if the corporal actually liked it or not, or just drinks it to make petra feel better. He's hard to read.

H-Hehe...ah! It's nothing~ forget about it. She smiled.

Levi then went quiet for a minute.

"You know petra..."

Your tea... It's actually very good, Infact. You should try some.

She gazed oddly.

O-Okay.. I guess, I'll go make another cup right now!~

"Petra".

Yes?

There is no need to make another cup.

"Why is that sir? You said I should try some?..." She puzzled.

Because, you can drink out of this one.

He lifted up his cup of warm tea.

She gazed upon the cup.

But sir...That's your cup.

"I know".

Levi wasn't fond of germs, or sharing them for that matter. It confused Petra. "Was he offering her a sip of his tea?", That can't be right.

Petra was hesitant to say anything.

She cleared her throat beginning to say something.

No thanks corporal! It's okay you don't have to share I ca-

She suddenly felt the tea combined with her lips. It tasted amazing. After drinking it she felt more confident in making it for her corporal. She then remembered this was also her corporals cup. He held the cup up to her mouth.

She also noticed she was practicly being fed tea by her corporal. She felt a blush creep across her cheeks.

A-Ah.. Corporal.. Was that really nessesery?..

"Yes".

I see...

"Well, petra. Did you like the tea? Does it taste alright to you?".

She nodded at him While sipping more happily.

You're right heichou, it taste pretty alright!.

See, I told you. Now you know I wasn't lying petra, I really do like your tea, I enjoy drinking it everyday".

Thanks corporal!~ She smiled brightly, Her smile was so bright she could light up any room she walked in.

I don't mind sharing a cup with you any day~

"Well we should get back to work. We have an expedition soon". We can drink some more tea later. He promised.

Petra nodded as they prepared to head off.

Levi could hear these memories thickly through out his head. He remembers how the tea taste. He remembers her smile. The day they shared some tea. he wishes he could taste it again. His tea was now forever bitter.

The expedition was over now. He drinks tea without her. Bitter tea that wouldnt taste the same as before.
