Another Sweeney Todd poem! It's been a while since I've posted one, hasn't it? Ah well, this is the first in the final three poems before I have one for each character.
Should be simple to figure out, it says right in the poem who it is.
-------------------
As if puppet to a puppet master,
Master, I do your will.
Despite your cruelty to others,
I stay with you still.
As if a noble to a king,
Highness, I ask of you.
I know you want the lady,
but I'd like a try too.
As if worker to an employer,
Lord, I question not.
I turn a blind eye,
To fortunes illegally got.
As if a student to a teacher,
Sir, I wish you well.
May your marriage be accepted,
And I hear wedding bells.
As policeman to a higher rank,
Judge, I know my place.
I am only a puppet,
No name, but just a face.

So, what do you think? Love it, hate it, tell me in a review please!
Until we meet again,
Shay.
