Introduction
I never found it so hard.....
To live a life that wasn't mine.
The day, filled with bliss only the youngest of people would call beautiful. It was too hard to look or even try to love, the nothingness that lingered in the soul of the weakest of people stayed in their house. The sun that burst from the clouds lingers over the small village, Seiko with her long straight black hair laying over her shoulders and the beautiful crafted vest that she wore always. She sat out side her window in a boredom state of depression, her legs crossed and her head resting on her hands. The vest was her birthday gift from her mother; it was black with red strips along the torso. She tried to mimic a vest that she really wanted; the look on her face was filled with such happiness that no one thought possible. Memories were such a hassle when you no longer want to remember them but they always come back to haunt you. Seiko stared out her window hoping to live someone else's life but wishes never come true and she knew that.
If there was anything I could have done. I would have done it. But they disappeared.
She slowly got to her feet with a slit painful motion then turned to the sliding door only to see a path with flower peddles falling from the sky. Seiko turned around only see a forest behind her, she fell confused in her mind wondering what was going on and slowly turned back to the path. As she stood in fear, Seiko started to hear a familiar voice calling her mouth and with out hesitating she started to walk up the path.
"Seiko!" the voice cried.
Seiko glanced around the darkness of the path but with only on thought her in mind, the one she always denied to this day. As she continued up the path, she caught one of the flower peddles and stopped walking. She remember what her mother would always tell her about a black rose, the feelings she would get about them and what they met for her. She'd say they meant love, hatred and pain. Seiko remembered the day of unhappiness, the day when everything changed and the day when her mother faded away.
"Mother" Seiko yelled as she rushed up the path.
The path was the longest path she ever been on in the longest time, the only one she had been on this long was with her mother. As a child her mother would bring her to the unusual places and even to her she had no clue what they were for. The memories started to come to her eyes like tears that day, they wouldn't stop as she got closer to the end and suddenly she stopped. The fog started to over come the surroundings; Seiko could barely see anything around her and suddenly started to her water. She took a breath of air to see the water before her feet and slowly looked up in to the distance at what looked like a house but started to grow. The water was as black as soil and it looked like it had no bottom, her eyes fixed on the large figure of a building that stood as tale as the buildings in Tokyo. Her eyes widened in fear and recognized the place; she stepped back once and tightened her fist. Her mouth started to dry and her eyes watched as the palace came out of the fog.
"Dark water palace" She muttered shockingly.
