For years, our Ickle Ronniekins has always been in the shadows. No really, I mean for years he was in the shadows because he was a lanky kid like a ginger string bean. Now that he isn't so ickle anymore, we still call him Ickle anyway because he is the baby brother of the family.
I know Ron has always felt like he was in the shadows not just height wise, but other things.
For there's Bill. Handsome, clever, and very popular. In all honesty, most of us were pretty jealous of Bill – after all he was Head Boy. Then there's Charlie –the rebel of the family, living among the dragons and traveling around the world. Perfect Percy was always the smartest of the bunch, following the rules and being a good boy. Then there was Fred and I, the twins. I guess you could say we were the most handsome, although we wished we were. Jokes were all Fred and I could do, and we were the family clowns. The baby of the family is Ginny, the girl Mum and Dad always wanted. They won't admit it, but she is the princess of the family, and there's no way to deny it.
Now I could tell you through stories and other things where Ron fits in into this crazy mixture. It started when a little girl on the train told him he had dirt on his nose. Then Ron ate slugs for her despite trying to make a certain blonde hair boy whose name is not Draco Malfoy eat them. Then there was the time Ron actually defended out pet rat from the cat of his crush than admit his feelings for her. But that doesn't compare to the prat of a move he did but not asking her to the Yule Ball during the tournament year. The best was when that girl knocked him off his feet, literally knocking him off his feet during the duels in the D.A. And of course, our Won-Won had a little fling which certainly drove this girl and him crazy. Ron's common sense and sense of time have always been on point when they kissed during a war. I must say it takes guts to snog during the midst of war.
This little girl and boy finally got together and became sickenly adorable. When they stopped after a year, Ron finally got his head screwed right and fought for her. And now, here we are. The handsome one, the rebel, the smart one, the jokester, and the princess all here to celebrate the Weasley who got the girl. Cheers, little brother, our Ickle Ronniekins and Hermione.
