Just to let you know Hidan is a tiny bit out of character. Don't own any of the Naruto characters involved, but I wish I did.
It was a lovely sunny day, perfect for a holiday away, for the couple packing their car. The brunet was putting the last of the bags in the car as the silver haired man was in the drivers seat. Said brunet climbed into the passenger seat as he shut the boot of the car.
"Okay, we are all packed and ready to go, Hidan," The brunet known as Kiba said.
"Right, before we leave, have we packed everything?" Replied the, at the moment, calm man.
"Ummm… Yeah."
"Clothes?"
"Yeah."
"Money?"
"Yeah."
"Hotel ticket information?"
"… No."
Hidan sighs as he gets out of the car and goes into the house. After a few minutes he re-appears beside the car and gets in.
"Here is the information," he tells Kiba as he passes it over. "Now do we have everything?"
"Yes," his partner tells him.
"Are you sure?"
"Uh… Yeah."
"Definitely?"
"Yes."
Hidan starts the car and heads towards their destination. After ten minutes Kiba tensed. His partner glances over at him then sighs, "What have we forgotten?"
"Nothing," Kiba replies quickly.
"Tell me what we have bloody forgotten!"
"Did we lock the front door?"
Hidan glares at the cars in front of him as he finds a way to turn the car around and heads home. Once home, he climbs out of the car, stomps up to the front door and tries to open it, only to find out it's locked. On his was back to the car he glares at his boyfriend, and begins the ride again in silence. As the car is pulling out of the driveway, Kiba suddenly takes off his seatbelt, opens the car door and runs to the front door.
Hidan watches as his boyfriend opens the door and runs inside, after five minutes of waiting the brunet reappears in the door way and makes his way to the car.
Once the car has driven for about half an hour, Hidan decides to question Kiba, "So what did we forget?"
Kiba smile sheepishly, "I thought we left the oven on."
Hidan glances across at him, "But we didn't?"
"Nope."
After a little while longer, Hidan has a thought, "Who did you leave our cat with?"
"Uh… I thought you were giving our cat to someone?" Kiba replied as he gave his full attention to the driver.
"No, I told you to sort it out the other day!"
"No you never!"
"Of course I did, I told you when I was on my way to work."
"It's your fault I was half asleep!"
As they continued to bicker, Hidan turned the car around to fetch the cat.
An hour later the couple were back on their way to the hotel, this time with their fat black cat, who lay across the back chairs lazily.
"If we've forgotten to do anything else we'll forget about it!" Hidan told his boyfriend.
"What if I told you that I think we forgot to lock the door?" Was the reply.
"Then our house is going to get robbed."
"Okay."
~*~ A week later ~*~
Kiba and Hidan stood outside of their house, where the front door was wide open, things were missing from the house, and a very large amount seemed to be using it for a party. Their cat looked through the car window and meowed at the sight.
Kiba lent towards Hidan, "You were saying?"
"Shut the BEAP up" The silver haired man replied.
Kiba sighed, "At least it wasn't our house with the indoor swimming pool."
