Intro: Jess moves Ikebukuro, In Izaya's past when he was still in high school he meet her when they were teenagers and kept in touched. What will happen after an incident when Jess saves Izaya from being crushed from a vending machine by Shizuo and end up being getting more closer.
Chapter 1 'Ikebukuro'
People filled the streets, crowding everywhere. The airport was worse, Jess walked out of the tunnel with the crowed of people with her bag over her shoulder and caring her cat's carrier, she looked around and saw the sigh for baggage, she spotted it and walked in that direction.
It did not take her long to find it, she walked up to it and looked for her luggage. Then she saw them, black and green checkered luggage. She grabbed all three of them, putting one over her shoulder and grabbed her cats carrier she rolled the other 2 luggage's to the entrance where she stopped and saw her last name from a piece of paper were a guy in a limo suite was wearing.
Jess walked up to the guy "Sir, I'm Jess Mikcloud" the guy looked at her "Ah good your uncle called us and asked us to pick you up and to bring you to your loft in down town"
Jess smiled "Thank you" the guy helped her with her bags to the limo, some people were staring. The guy put her bags in the limo and opened the door for her to get in, she climbed in and he closed the door.
She sighed putting her cat next to her, her cat meowed at her. She smiled "It's okay Sabrina were almost there, did you have a nice nap?" She had to give her cat an animal sleeping pill, so she can sleep during the plane ride.
Jess smiled at her cat and relaxed in that spot then jess's tummy started to growl "God now I'm hungry..."

Jess looked out the window and the city came into view, then looked down at her tummy, then she put down the window "Can you stop for food what's the best place?"
The guy chuckled "Russia Sushi" Jess smiled "Very well" she closed the window. The guy drove for about a good 10 minutes until he stopped, and opened the door for me. Jess putting Sabrina back into her cat carrier, she stepped out with it. The place was pretty huge, "Hi no long time no see you come to Russia sushi" he was handing out coupons it looked and he sounded Russian. Jess walked over to the building then the large man saw her "Welcome long time no see you come and eat sushi is good" Jess smiled and took the coupon "spasibo, ya khotel by priyti i poyest' sushi" 'thank you, I would love to come in and eat some sushi' the man's face lit up "Pozhaluysta, zakhodite !" She smiled again and walked in "Welcome!" a man behind the counter smiled and then looked at me and she could can tell he was looking at my cat carrier "No animals"
Jess sighed "Please sir I just flew here, I'm hungry and my cat is hungry and I wanna treat her to some sushi" The man sighed "Very well, take one of the booths"
Jess bowed slightly "Thank you" she walked over to one of the booths and put her cat next to her "what can I get you?" the man was soon by her "Your best fatty tuna" she handed him a coupon that was for the fatty tuna. The man smiled "And I'll get your cat some milk and tiny pieces of tuna for her" Jess smiled "Thank you and I would like some milk please" the man nodded and walked way.
'meow' Jess looked at her cat and opened the carrier "stay here okay? The nice man will bring you some food and some milk" Her cat came out of the carrier and sat next to her master. Her cat was very smart and knew what her master said so she stayed like a good girl.
Not long the man returned with a small bowl of milk and other small bowl of sliced up tuna. When Sabrina saw the man she meowed happily. The man froze "she was waiting?" Jess nodded and smiled "She is not dumb very smart she knows" the man smiled and put down the bowl of milk and tuna "Here you go uhm.. what's her name?" "Sabrina" Jess said "Oh well here you go Sabrina" her cat meowed and diged in her tuna. The man put down Jess's milk and walked away. Jess heard the door open and ignored whoever it was and relaxed herself, she took out her phone and turned it on.
"Welcome, AH! Kida welcome" the man said and then going back to his sushi cutting.
"Hello, Mikado come on let's find a spot" it was a boy "Yeah" other boy said.
Kida looked around and then his eyes widen "Wow look..." he pointed to the Jess across the room, Mikado looked 'she's pretty...' He thought to himself.
Kida grinned and walked over "Why hello there" Jess looked up and saw a very cute boy "Uhm hello..." "My name is Kida and this guy here is Mikado" Jess looked and saw the other boy "Hello" he shyly said.
Jess smiled "Hello" Kida looked and saw a cat "A cat... I don't think cats are" Jess finished for him "It's okay he said she can be in here, right Sabrina?" she looked at her cat, Sabrina raised her head up and meowed and went back to eating her tuna.
The boys looked at her "So how old are you?" Kida asked her, she smiled "22" Kida gasped, "You look like your 16" That caused her to giggled, "Thank you, I know, do I look that young? Soo I'm Jess, I just moved here"
Mikado just blinked at her "so what caused you to move here..?" he asked her. Jess sighed, "My uncle moved me here, he bought me tattoo parlor"
Kida then blinked at her "Your American?" she nodded to him "Kool!" Kida smiled "Kida, Mikado what can I get you?"
Kida smiled "the original my man!" the man nodded, sitting down the plate of the special in front of jess.
They sat there talking getting to know each other more, they were indeed high school students. She didn't mind if they were, the more friends the merrier.
Not long they finished eating and walked with out of the shop, Sabrina carrying her cat carrier with Sabrina in it walked over to the Limo that was still waiting for her. The boys blinked at her "a limo...?" Jess nodded "Well I'm off come by my shop anytime" they nodded to her, has she was about to get in the limo a voice made her stop.
"Well, Well Look who it is!"
Kida and Mikado's eyes widen in surprised, the girl's head turned to her right. The boy smiled at her, she had a sweetest smile on her face "Izaya..." He looked at her with a smile that the boys never say on him before "You know him Jess...?" Kida asked her, she nodded to him "Yeah I do"
Izaya walked over to her "It's been forever, how are you?" her smile never left her face "good, how about you? Still fighting with that guy?" she giggled, Izaya laughed "you know me I love to play" Jess laughed.
Kida and Mikado blinked at them "Wait how do you know each other...?" Izaya looked over "Oh Kida, Mikado I've known her since high school. I meet her one year when me and my family went to Scotland for a summer and we stayed in contact ever since then, I meet her every summer after that"
Kida blinked "Oh I see..." Izaya looked back the red head "your uncle emailed me your address, I was gonna come over to your place later but when I saw you I couldn't walk away" she blushed.
Kida's mouth gaped up 'did he just flirt with her...?!'
"IZAYAA!" a voice screamed in the air, Izaya's eyes widen has a vending machine was getting close to him. For some reason he wasn't able to move, but it seemed like slow motion to him. He saw Jess moved in front of him, has the vending machine was super close know and then stopped in midair.
Kida and Mikado's eyes widen has they see a vending machine floating in air and the girls eyes glowing green.
Celty who was driving saw this and pulled over 'what the...?' she said has she felt such magical power from the girl.
The man who threw the vending machine, Shizuo, looked shocked to see the vending machine float in air, then saw the vending machine start to crumble into a small little ball, and dropped to the floor.
Izaya eyes widen has he forgot about her powers, then saw her fall to the ground but he caught her in time before she hit the ground... She was unconscious.
The look on Izaya's face shocked Kida, Mikado, Celty and even Shizuo. The look was pure fear "Jess! Wake up!" Celty right away parked her bike and ran over to them, the same with Kida and Mikado.
"Is she okay?" Kida asked feeling worried, Celty knelled down to check her but her hand was smacked away from Izaya.
He moved his head up, there were tears in his eyes, and then the look of angry, fear and worry was on his face, he glared at Shizuo "SHIZUO! YOU IDIOT! WHY DID YOU HAVE TO THREW THAT VENDING MACHINE!? SHE IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE USING HER POWERS! IT COULD KILL HER!" he screamed, Shizuo could not move he looked worried and shocked to see Izaya to act like this.
Izaya's eyes then flash fear once again has he saw blood coming from her nose "Celty go get Shinra! Meet me at her place, I'll txt you her address" he picked her up bridal style and placed her in the limo.
Celty texted on her phone and showed Izaya her phone [Okay... later tell me everything...]
Izaya nodded getting into the limo and it drove off. Shizuo stood there frozen in shock didn't know what do think of what just happen.
Later that night, Shinra arrived and Izaya showed him her. Shinra checked her "I need to draw blood..." Izaya shook her head "no"
Shinra blinked "But I need to know what's wrong with her first.. and who is she...?"
Izaya looked away "She is close friend that I deeply care about..." Shinra blinked "Celty told me what happen... just" Shinra looked at her "What is she...?" Izaya sighed "Well I guess I can tell you..." He sat down next to her, Shinra stood up looked down at him. "She's a witch, her magical power is too powerful for her own body... I found that out one summer visiting her... she almost destroyed her family manor and she was in a coma for 3 months..."
Shinra blinked "She's a witch...?" Izaya nodded "don't be surprised, Celty is a Dullahan"
Celty walked in typing something and showing it to them [I think he's telling the truth I felt magical power from her when she stopped the vending machine..]
"I have to contact her uncle..." Izaya said, Shinra looked at him "I'll hook her up to an IV okay?" Izaya nodded.
Izaya took out his phone and dialed the number, it rang for 10 seconds 'hello?' "Jetter it's me" 'Izaya? It's rare for you to call me, what's up' "Your niece had another magic attach again..." the line went silent for a moment 'how is she?!' "Relax, I'm having my friend Shinra check on her" 'is he a paranormal doctor?' Izaya bit his lip "No.." 'Damnt Izaya, I know a doctor not too far from where she lives I will call him and do not argue with me' he hanged up on him.
"Her uncle is calling a paranormal doctor" Shinra blinked at him "A what...?"
Izaya sighed "A Doctor that studies the paranormal and helps the paranormal out" Shinra's mouth gaped open "there's such a doctor..?" Izaya nodded to him "yeah"
Not long a man appeared at her door, wearing a white coat with a red symbol on it, Izaya walked him over to her. Shinra and Celty were in the room sitting down on some chairs. They looked has the man walked in with Izaya. The doctor stopped and looked at Celty "My word, the Dullahan herself" then he looked over to Jess and walked right on over putting his bag down next to the bed digging through it taking out a white crystal, holding it over her body muttering some words Shinra watched him closing this has sneaked his interest.
The crystal started to glow green, Shinra looked and asked him "What does that mean...?"
"it means she's going back to normal" the other doctor said, the muttering other words then the crystal turned reddish, the doctor frowned, Izaya saw it "What is it...?"
"Unfortunately what I tested is classified by her Uncle" the doctor said Izaya's eyes widen "What..?" "Calm down boy, I've read her folder her uncle sent me. I have orders not to speak of anything has he asked to check, Mr. Orihara calm yourself"
Izaya bite his lip "fine..." the doctor sighed "Now I must ask you to leave the room while I do this for her uncle"
Izaya bit his lip but left the room with Shinra and Celty. The Doctor Notices Jess was awake. He walked over to the door and closed it with a click, locking.
Hearing Jess sigh "So what did my uncle ask you to check?" The Doctor looked over to her "Your spell is fading; I need to refresh it"
"Do it" her voice made him jump, the doctor nodded "Very well, Luckily I have brought what is needed in case it has faded, Jess smiled at that her uncle made this doctor do this "Okay then..." she looked at the doctor "Do it"
Digging into his bag he pulled candles, the doctor started to place blue candles around her, then stood at the foot of the bed "before I began a warning, this spell is powerful; you will feel woozy for an hour" "alright Doctor"
The man put his arms up crossing each other and started to chant some words, it was Irish.
All the candles lit up, but the lip blue, then the candle fire moving up into little ribbons still contacted to the candles.
"be still Lady Jess" the man said, Jess laid there still, has she felt her skin hot from the ribbons of fire.
The fire ribbons wrapped more and then disappeared has her chains became visible, they wrapped around her body connecting to the front of it that was of a pentagram, it was absorbing the magic spell like food, it was feeding the spell that was already on Jess before the chains were put on her. Then the spell ended, the candles were out and the magical air was disappearing.
The doctor smiled "The spell is done, your spell has been recharged, you are not in any danger anymore" Jess sat up and smiled "Thank you Doctor"
Packing his stuff "I will bill your uncle, I will let the others in know" he walked over to the door opening it. Right away Izaya rushed in and see's Jess already awake and sitting up.
He smiled and walked over to her "How are you feeling?" Jess flushed at him "I'm fine, still a little woozy" Izaya raised his eyebrow at her making her blink at him "What?" "What did the doctor do?"
Jess looked away "There are things that I can't even tell you, if my uncle wants you to know that he will allow me to tell you but I can't"
Izaya sighed "Very well, you should get some sleep" Shinra and Celty walked in "Is she okay?" Izaya nodded "Yeah, thanks for coming out to help her" Shinra and Celty both blinked at him with a surprised look on their faces, Izaya Orihara just thanked them.
"Shizuo has been texting me, he's trying to find you. Apparently he has been at your apartment" Shinra put his head down, Izaya sighed again "Looks like I'm gonna be staying here, I'm not in the mood to b in bump to Shizuo" Celty sat there next to Jess typing [Izaya, I think that would be a good idea]
Jess closed her eyes "I can you, telepathically" Celty looked at the girl and if she had a head right know she would be blinking with confusion.
"You can hear me...?" Celty did not even use her phone, Jess nodded "Yes I have telekinesis and telepathic abilities" Jess said out loud.
Shinra's mouth gapped open "She can hear her...?" A smirked laid on Izaya's face "yes she can"
Jess looked over to the clock and noticed it was 10pm, she frowned "Do you two mind if I get some sleep, come by my shop later tomorrow. It's called Psychedelic Dreams: Tatts and Piercings"
Celty got up "I'll try and visit, bye Jess" Jess smiled "Bye Celty" Celty grabbed Shinra's arm, pulled him away and left.
Jess laid back down with a sigh "So you just invited yourself to stay for the night?" Izaya chuckled "I thought you wouldn't mind, it's not the first time we shared a bed"
A slight blush came across her face "shut up Izaya, you can sleep on the couch" Izaya smirked "Oh come on, your gonna make me sleep on the couch? You know I don't sleep well on couches"
Jess sat up again "Very well" she was blushing, Izaya smiled at her "Well thank you Jess"
Izaya cares for Jess, more than any human, not many people do but Jess counts has the very first he deeply cares about and would kill for her if it would come to it.
Jess blushed "Can you go lock the front door?" Izaya chuckled getting up and leaving the room.
'meow' Sabrina jumped up on Jess's side and walked over to her purring, she smiled "Hey baby girl, did you worry about momma?" Jess reached out petting her soft black fur.
Jess got up walking over to her suite cases opening them taking out, a pair of black girl boxer underwear and black tank top.
Jess right away started to change, in mid changing into her tank top Izaya walked in and noticed her changing, a blush went across his face, he could see her tattoos so clearly, she looked go in with ink on her skin. She stopped looking at him and blushed, then looked away pulling down her tank top, turning around walking over to the bed but was stopped when Izaya grabbed her wrist.
She blinked and looked at him, he had a sweet smile on his face that she would sometimes rarely see "hey..." he pulled her into him "Let's... have some fun..." Jess's eyes widen surprise, she turned red like the color of her hair, he leaned in and kissed her.

Pulling out of her, Jess frowned from feeling empty.
Izaya laid beside her panting, Jess rolled over to her side her side head on his chest, cuddling up next to him. He smiled wrapping his arms around her.
~Next morning~
Jess's eyes fluttered open, it was pitch dark in her room. She could feel someone curled up to her on her left side. She looked and Izaya was sound asleep. She smiled from seeing such a sight, she then turned her head to the clock '6:35am' She made small slow move to get up trying not wake up Izaya.
Lucky she didn't wake him up, she headed to the main bedroom bathroom, turned the water on and fixing the water to the right tempter then switching it on shower. She hopped in and took her shower.
The sound in the shower woke up Izaya, He leaned up looked on the other side of the bed 'she's gone' then he heard the shower, a smile came across his face.
He reached over to his phone checking his messages, he smirked has there was a message from Shizuo.
'Flea! We need to talk, you better explain what happen yesterday. Show your flea-self or I will come and find your stink ass' Izaya laughed "Oh Shizuo-chan you know how to make me laugh"
"Izaya what's so funny?" it was Jess, Izaya turned his head to her. She has a towel wrapped around her "Shizuo wants have a little chat with me" he smiled happily "I wonder what will happen"
Jess shook her "There you go again, fighting with him" she walked over to her dresser taking out pair of black panties and bra.
Izaya watched her she removed her towel showing her fair skin, has he remember last night, his eyes glanced over to her ass 'Such a prefect ass...'

'meow' she looked down to find Sabrina sitting there wagging her tail looking up at her master. Jess smiled "you hungry?" the cat did a small nod "I need to go to the store first okay?" she looked away heading back into the room, Izaya was already out of the bathroom getting dressed "Izaya I need to go to the store, buy food and cat stuff for Sabrina" Izaya smiled "And you want me to take you?" Jess nodded "you know Ikebukuro better than I do..." Izaya smiled "Very well, get ready"
'Meow' Izaya looked down has Sabrina was pawing his leg "Aww Sabrina" he picked her up "Don't worry we will get you food"
It wasn't long before Jess and Izaya were in a car, Jess hired a car serves to drive her to the store and back.
"You need a car" Izaya said Jess smiled "I know, my uncle is having one being shipped from Scotland. It will arrive in 3 days I would have to go to port 13 to get it, they're supposed to call me when it arrives in port."
"What time do you have to open your shop?" Izaya asks "1pm, its only 9am" Jess replied.
The rest of the way was quite has they held hands, Izaya took her to the finest market shopping for food and Jess end up buy more stuff then she was supposed to.
Soon has they got back to Jess's apartment, Izaya helped her with unpacking the food. Jess made Izaya make Sabrina's kitty litter box while Jess puts down some food for her.
At the time after everything is done Jess had made lunch for her and Izaya. Her shop was not that far, right down the block. Jess was an amazing cook, Izaya normally doesn't eat others people cooking. Sometimes he has force himself to eat Namie's cooking.
After Lunch they both walked hand to hand, Izaya pointing out stuff like shops and placing to hangout. Jess was very interested in everything, has they got to the shop Jess smiled, the outside of it was huge. There was already a group of people outside waiting for it to open. Jess skipped over "Excuse me" she went to the door and unlocked it but put her hand up and everyone stopped "I'm Jess and this is my tattoo and piercing pallor know then you my all come in and need to wait while I set some stuff in and I'm looking for employees! You must be a good tattoo artist and have your work with you and a licensed piercer."
She stepped in turning on the lights, the room place magnificent, a slytherin green color with painting and drawing of tattoo art.
People filled the room looking around, Izaya stepped in "Izaya come and help me please" Izaya smirked "Of course, I'm I your new partner in crime here?"
That made Jess laugh "Funny Izaya" she grabbed her planning book and looked at the people "Okay listen up, if your hear for a tattoo please come over here" 6 people rushed over to her "One at a time, form a line" Izaya watched her has person looked at him "Can I help you?" he didn't even smile "I like to take a look at the piercings..." Izaya smiled "Of course" he tapped the glass where the piercings where "Go right ahead" the man smiled and looked.
If you all wondering, Jess's uncle had already full stocked her shop up a day before she came. Izaya looked at her, she was taking tattoo requests and making dates for them to show up to get them done.
"Yo Izaya" Izaya turned and saw Kadota "well, well Kadota what a lovely surprise, what can I do for you?"
Kadota blinked at him "You work here?" Izaya laughed "It's somewhat of a yes I'm helping her out?" Izaya pointed to Jess, Kadota looked at the red haired, eye eyed girl he couldn't help put to flush at her appearance "Who is she..?"
Izaya grinned "Ahh she is a close friend of mine, I would consider her has a friends with benefits know what happen last night" he laughed after he said that, Kadota looked at him with shock "Your joking aren't you?" Izaya laughed more.
Jess was done "Thank you come again, see you in a week" she then turned her head has she hears Izaya laughing his ass off. She shook her head "Izaya why are you laughing like some insane person?" Izaya held his stomach "Sorry, Jess this Kadota" Izaya pointed him to her. She blinked and smiled "Hello welcome to my shop I'm Jess. What can I do for you?"
The Kadota looked at her "Oh uhm.. I'm here for an ear piercing" She smiled "Of course wait here" she left the room.
"SO what have you been up too?" Izaya asked with a grin "Oh nothing just the same like always" Kadota said to him "So Izaya... you weren't joking were you?" Izaya just gave him a chuckle and smirk.
Jess came back with a piece of paper "ID please" "Oh sure" he's going through his pocket taking out his wallet and showing his ID to her, "Good, let me set everything up, sign this and give it to this insane person here"
Izaya smirked "Why such lovely words coming you. Calling me insane means so much from you" Jess blinked at him "yeah, yeah Izaya" she leaned up and kissed his cheek making him smirk even more. She walked away "That was a yummy kiss thank you" She just flipped him off has she walked into the other room.
Izaya turned Kadota who was just staring him with his gaped open "what?" Izaya smirked "You weren't joking around... were you?" Izaya laughed "Know why would I joke about this? sign the paper please" Izaya then jumped has one of his cell phones rings he answers "Izaya Orihara here! Ah yes, I'm quite busy at the moment let's make an appointment let's say at 5pm tonight? Yes very well nice talking to you" Izaya hanged up "More work after this"
"Kadota, you can come back here know" Jess voice came back from the back. Kadota walked back.
Izaya sighed "I'm bored I wonder what Shizuo-chan is up too.."
The day went fine, Izaya stayed until around 4pm then left for a meeting. Jess had a meeting with two-tattoo artist that walked on in, looking at the artwork she hired them right away.
At 8pm she closed up the shop and walked back home remembering where it was, she reached the block her apartment was on.
Has she turned the corner she was knocked down has she bumped into someone "Hey watch it" she stood up "I'm sorry... I didn't mean too" "YOU!" she jumped a blonde man looked at her stunned, he wore a bartenders outfit "me..?"
"You were with the Flea... the vending machine crushed.. then you fainted..." He stared at her, she frowned "you were the one that threw the vending machine and it almost hit Izaya..."
"Yeah that's right..." he kept on staring at her "Just how did you do that...?" he gulped.
She looked away she did not want to talk about it "Answer me" she bite her lip "No!" she took off to her apartment, Shizuo yelled for her "Wait come back!" he took after her.
She ran and ran, has she kept running she tripped landing on her side "ow..." her ankle it was hurting 'I think I sprained it...' she looked around 'a park' she was lost 'I'm lost... Izaya..' She took out her phone and called him 'Hello?' Izaya on the other line "Izaya help I'm lost, I'm in a park and I was chased by this guy in bartender outfit" Izaya said in a worried voice 'What? You okay?' "No my ankle I think I twisted it..."
'Stay there I'll find you' he hanged up. Jess frowned "Please hurry..."
"Look what we have here a yummy red head" she jumped from a voice that was behind her she looked has men walked over to her 'are they a gang...?' "Stay away!" She shouted at them "Oh come on baby don't be like that" "I said stay away!"
"What seems to be the problem here?" the men looked and backed off "Dude its Shizuo Heiwajima!" the gang members ran for it.
Shizuo walked over to Jess, she flinched, Shizuo picked her up walking over to a bench sitting her down "did you hurt your leg?"
She looked away and shook her head "look I'm sorry I yelled at you but you... what you did with the vending machine is puzzling me! I can't stop thinking about and how you fainted! And how that fricken FLEA AHH!"
Jess frowned "Don't call him that!" she snapped at him, he looked at her "What?" "I said don't call Izaya a flea!" she yelled at him, has a park lamp exploded, it made Shizuo jump from it.
"JESS?!" Jess's eyes widen "Izaya..? IZAYA OVER HERE!" She sees him running towards her.
Jess got up, Shizuo started at the both of them has Jess lunched herself at Izaya who caught her holding her tight "I'm sorry I should have walked with you after you closed up"
Jess barred her face in her chest "It's okay" Izaya the took out his knife and pointed at Shizuo who just blinked at him "What the hell did you do to her?" Izaya glared at him, Shizuo bite his lip and growled "I didn't do anything!"
"She called me and said you were chasing her!" Izaya shouted back "I saved her from a gang moments ago you flea!"
Jess let go of Izaya and glared at him "I said to not call him that!" she shouted has a street lamp exploded again.
"What the...?" he looked at Jess and sees her eyes had a small green glow "don't call him a flea.." Shizuo just started at her 'what is with this girl...? And how does she know the fucken flea?'
Izaya frowned "come on lets take you home" Jess for second closed her eyes then reopened them and they were back to normal. Jess nodded "Okay, I'm kind of hungry" Izaya held her hand and they walked away ignoring Shizuo's presences. Shizuo bite his lip "Wait Izaya!" They stopped and Izaya turned around "What Shizuo-chan?" the look on his face was boredom of being around Shizuo.
"Just who is she and how do you know her?" Shizuo asked, for some reason he had to know about her and why Izaya knows her to well.
Izaya said "Come to my office in the afternoon, I will discuss it with you. if I'm not there I'll be at Psychedelic Dreams: Tatts and Piercings her shop, good bye Shizuo-chan" Izaya and Jess walked away from them.
The Next day came, and Izaya left to got to his office. Jess left the same time he did to open up the shop early. Around the afternoon, Izaya was in his own apartment, in his office typing down information when Nami walked over "Shizuo is here, he says you told him to talk with you?"
Izaya sighed "Ah yes let him in" she grunted and walked away, not long Shizuo stomped over to Izaya's desk with a pissed off look on his face, Izaya smirked "Give me a sec, Shizuo-chaaan!"
Narrowing his eyes at the computer screen typing rather fast, he finished his work. Shizuo was already getting annoyed by this crossing his arms and tapping his foot.
Izaya stretched in his chair "work work work!" he laughed, he got up from his chair and walked over to the couch sitting on it "Alright then, you wanna know so then but first Nami you may leave, go home for all I care" she glared at him "Whatever, freak" she grabbed her purse and left.
Shizuo marched over to him "Alright start talking Flea!" Izaya sighed "Really know you gonna make Jess upset again for keep calling me that"
Shizuo bite his lip "Talk know!" Izaya face turned into a soft sigh making Shizuo somewhat shocked "Jess is like Celty, magical. She is a witch, she was born with a strong amount of magical aura it was consider dangerous, in high school I first meet her when my family went to Scotland for the summer, there is where I meet her" Izaya looked at the ceiling "I first found what she was when she was attacked by someone and when her ex was killed in front of her eyes. Her magical aura overloaded and almost destroyed the family manor. She was in a magical coma for 3 months, the magical aura is slowly destroying her body but that is all I know, her uncle keeps the rest top secret. He won't let me know of her condition" Izaya blushed making Shizuo gap at him.
"That day, what you say was using her telekinesis. She stopped that vending machine that was about to hit me, In the result, she fainted and was in a small magical coma for couple of hours, so I would advise you to keep the trying to kill me on the low down here, you will just be in a load of trouble with her, you may have been the monster of Ikebukuro but know there's a new monster" he chuckled slightly "If she heard me say that I would be already threw a wall"
Shizuo starred at him dumbstrucked, Izaya watched his face, it was amusing, he left Shizuo-chan speechless.
It's been six weeks since Izaya had told Shizuo the news about him and Jess. Izaya skipped through Ikebukuro, he was in a very good mood today. Everything couldn't go wrong.
Skipping like some crazy person in the street, he turned a corner. "Flea"
Izaya smirked stopping dead in his tracks, looking at that voice "Shizuo-chan! Why hello!" Shizuo stood there with his arms crossed looking pissed with Tom next to him on his right and a Verona on his left.
Tom waved "Yo Izaya..."
Izaya grinned "Tom hello" then he jumped slightly has Shizuo growled at him "Didn't I tell you to stay out of Ikebukuro?!"
Izaya laughed "Oh Shizuo-chan remember I can't leave, I have someone here that needs me I just can't up and leave her here, silly Shizuo-chan"
Shizuo growled "Then take her with you!"
Izaya laughed again "I'm sorry I can't, she has her shop here and hired some people that's very rude you know"
Tom blinked at this "Who?" then he stared back and forth at Izaya and Shizuo 'There not chasing each other... What the...'
"know if you excuse me I gotta find my sisters" Izaya turned on his hell and took off.
Shizuo growled "GOOD BE GONE WITH YOU!"
Tom gulped "Dude Shizuo, explained to me why you are not going after him to try and kill him?" Shizuo frowned and turned around to walk away "Because I can't risk her getting hurt also"
At Raira Academy later on, Mairu and Kururi walked together towards the gates of the school, it was the end of the school day "Studying when we get home, such a pain!" Mairu groaned, Kururi nodded slightly "yeah it is"
Has they both walked a little passed the gate, their eyes widen slightly has there brother was standing there smiling at them, they looked shocked to see their brother right there "Izaya?" they both said at the same time.
Izaya smiled at them "Girls! Come walk with me, I have some news for you" they looked at him confused "why?" Mairu asked with a huff, Izaya smiled at them, they gasped at that smile. It was a real Izaya smile, they haven't seen a smile like that for years.
They blush slightly but indeed follow him to a local park, sitting down on a bench has Izaya bought some ice cream from an ice crema stand. They sat there watching him has he walked back over to them handing them their favorite ice cream.
The girls smiled and took them "So brother, what's the news?" Mairu asked her brother, Izaya leaned back into the bench "Jess moved here six weeks ago" The girls gasped and looked giddy "She did?!"
Izaya nodded "Yeah but something happened..." The girls heard the hint of his voice it was sad tone "W-What happen...?" Kururi asked him with a frown "well..." he started to tell them the day first she came here, including Jess getting hurt, to this day.
They gaped at him "NO way?!" Mairu shouted blinking at him "Is she okay?"
Izaya smiled again at them "Yeah she is" he chuckled "But I can tell she is strong than ever, her uncle won't let me know about her condition" He paused with a soft frown "It upset me you know, he keeps this shit about her from me"
The girls stood up fast and squealed with excitement "YAY! I always knew you loved her!" Mairu giggled, Kururi giggled also "this is amazing isn't? can we see her?"
Izaya grinned "Of course and who said I loved her" The girls gave him a look like he was stupid, he sighed "Saw right through me didn't you two?" then he pointed behind them "I've texted her to meet us here" the girls quickly turned around to see jess walked towards them with a smile on her face they squealed again "JESS!" they shouted running up to her, Jess giggled "Hey Mairu and Kururi!" they girls right around tackled her with hugs, Jess of course hugged them back.
Izaya stood up "my I never seen my sisters so excited before" he chuckled "Oh hush Izaya! Jess was always our favorite! She's so kickass! Jess you should come by the Dojo me and Kururi train at!" Mauri smiled at her and Kururi nodding with a smile "Yeah"
"I can't believe you moved here..." Marui blinked at Jess who just smiled "I see you told them" she looked over to her Izaya who grinned like crazy happy person.
"Yeah I did, is that a crime to tell my dear sisters?" Izaya asked Jess who sighed "No, my uncle called me, He's half happy I'm alright and half mad at you and me"
Izaya laughed "I know, well then girls head home. I'm gonna take Jess out for dinner" Mauri and Kururi giggled "Alright, bye have fun" they both linked their arms together and skipped off together.
Jess smiled "So... Where you taking me?" Izaya Smirked "Come" he reached over holding her hand making her smile and flush. She held his hand back. Getting a cab, Izaya took Jess a top dollar restaurant. It was on top of a building with large windows and huge fish tank in the middle of the dining area.
Walking in Jess felt like she wasn't dressed in the right clothing for this, she was just in a black and purple fade tie dye shorts with a black tank top that had a purple galaxy dream catcher on it. She also had black lace flats.
They had the round booth, Jess scoots in. Izaya smiled scooting next to her Jess. The waiter smiled at them "I'm Inaho, your waiter what can I get you?"
Izaya smiled "Ah yes a bottle of Sayuri Nigori Sake, make sure its coarse filtered please"
The waiter wrote it down and then bowed slightly "Of course sir" the waiter walked away.
Izaya scooting closer to Jess, he placed his left free hand on her knee "So how was your day?"
Jess flushed and smiled "It was okay until I had to kick someone out of my shop" a smirk laid on Izaya's face "Oh do tell!"

~Earlier that day~
Jess sat in the back during a tattoo on someone, it was a nice tiger design. When the sound of the door ringed open, ignoring it letting one of her new tattoo artist to deal with it.
"Hello Welcome What can I do for you?" Yuki a tattoo artist jess hired, the guy looked around with an annoyed look on his face then spotted the person he was looking for, a woman "There you are..." the guy smirked, the woman eyes widen "how did..." in a blink of an eye he was across the room reaching down grabbing her arm "Let me go!" the woman shouted, Yuki behind the counter bite his lip "Hey man, what are you doing?!"
The man looked at Yuki "it's none of your business boy" he looked back down to the woman who was struggling "You were supposed to be on the corner woman!"
"I'm sorry Franky please let me go, I just wanted to get a tattoo... think it's good for business..." the man growled pulling her up "I will decide if it's good for business!" he smacked the woman who fell to the ground crying. Yuki growled "Okay that's" Jess came out form the back "Yuki what seems the be the problem?" she was in the back, heard everything, told her customer who she was working on "hey let's take a break, drink some water and have a health bar next to you. I'll be right back"
Jess looked around and saw a woman in on the ground crying and a man over her "Get up whore!" Jess glared deadly at him, she looked at the front door making the doors open with the ring sound, the guy over the woman turned his head to the door.
Everyone in the room didn't see it coming, in a blink of an eye she appeared next to him kicking him in stomach hard enough to send him flying out of her shop, it was strong like a high velocity kick.
Everyone in the room gasped and their eyes widen in shook. Jess put her leg down slowly "Yuki... take this girl in the back please" Yuki blinked and nodded "Of course Jess"
Jess slowly walked towards the door "I'm gonna teach this trash a lesson" she said a deadly tone has Yuki came over helping the girl up bring her to the back room.
Walking outside of her shop Jess see's the guy she kicked out of her shopping the street, people were standing around whispering of what just happen. The guy stumbled to his feet "Damn... what the hell hit me...?"
"Hey!" Jess shouted from her door way, making the guy look "next time I see you near my shop or near that girl again I will do more than just kick out of my shop"
The guy's eyes widen "You... you kicked me?" Jess had a blank look on her face "you have 10 seconds to get out of my site"
The guy stood there stunned but glared at her "How dare you! You bitch! That is my property you are holding in there! She is mine!"
Jess closed her eyes "I see talking to you about this isn't gonna work"
"What bitch?!" he glared at her more "do you have any idea who I 'am?!"
Jess bit her lip 'this guy is annoying me...' "I'm a gang leader bitch and I run the corners of this city" the guy smirked "this corner is now mine, I'm not gonna let some girl giving me orders" he took out a knife "I'm gonna teach you a lesson to how to put a woman in her place"
She made fists has in the sky, what was once sunny was cloudy, the sound of thunder roared in the air. Again in a blink of eye she was right in front of him had her index and middle finger on his forehead from her left hand "You wanna know what happens to a toad when it's struck by lightning?"
The guy gasped of her appearing so fast front of him, she slowly opened her eyes there blank. Her dark green iris where glowing a brighter green "Let's find out" she smirked quickly lifting her right hand holding out her index and middle fingers a crackling sound of lightning came crashing down from the skies hitting jess's two fingers she had up in the air.
Letting the lightning go through her the man was stuck by the fingers she had on his forehead. The screams from the man echoed the street has everyone looked shocked in horror has a man was getting struck by lightning.
After 4 Seconds, Jess let go of the man, the lightning stream disappeared and the sky went back to normal.
Jess stood there glaring down at the man, he was currently out like a light and they were burns all over his body, just 2nd degree burns "mhmm, it seems I have gone over bored... oh well know we know what happens to a toad when its struck by lightning" she turned around and headed back inside her shop leaving the man in the middle of the street.
~end of Jess's flash back~
Izaya chuckled "That was funny, looks like I missed an exciting day for Jess" Jess smiled "Yeah" then the waiter came back with a bottle of wine in side of a bucket of ice and two wine glasses.
Filling two of the glasses perfectly, he put them aside of Izaya and Jess, he placed the wine in a glass bucket of ice.
He put his arm on across his stomach "Are you ready to order?"
Jess blinked looked down at the menu but Izaya closed his and smiled "Of course, two orders of the Lobster Maine Special"
Jess's eyes widen in surprised, Sea food is her weakness and Izaya knew that. The Waiter smiled, writing it down "Of course Sir, any appetizers?"
Jess smiled "Mozzarella sticks" Izaya smirked, the waiter wrote it down "Of course, is that all?" Izaya nodded "Yes"
The waiter bowed slightly and walked away.
Izaya looked over at jess and smiled "So I surprised you didn't I?" Jess flushed and chuckled "Yeah, you now my weakness for food is sea food"
Izaya chuckled lifting his wine class up to his mouth and taking a sip "Oh I know I do, plus I like sea food too"
Jess smiled also taking a sip of her wine "yes, I know fatty tuna which I do have to remind you that you rubbed off on me"
Izaya laughed a little, Jess raised his eyebrow at him 'I think I just made him crack'
Izaya really couldn't stop laughing, although it was soft chuckles not so loud to make people stare.
Jess took a sip of her wine again, once Izaya cooled down Jess looked at him "You done?" she had a hidden smirk on her face. He smiled back then taking a sip of his wine "Yes, Yes I' am"
Couple of hours have pasted, it was roughly around 9pm. Izaya took Jess home, Izaya was surprised that Jess told him to go home himself. He kissed her on the cheek good night and left. Jess blushing, she walking into her to living room and plumbed down on her couch with a deep sigh
