Summary: So alike, yet so different. Similar in looks, yet polar opposites in personality. This is the twins, the gardeners, of Rozen's collection. One-shot. NOT ROMANCE!

Tribute fic to my next favourite characters, Suiseiseki and Souseiseki. In fact, I think, and don't kill me, but, I think I prefer them over Shinku. Not Hina! She's too cute to be beaten by a couple of cool, green-fingered twins.

Suiseiseki,

Loving, gentle, caring. These are why you were entrusted with the watering can. But, every rose has to have its thorn, and yours happens to be your temper. But, maybe it's just you. You have attitude, and you're rude, but if you didn't have those traits, you wouldn't be you.

It's confusing, and most people wouldn't get you and turn away, shun you, following their first impressions without getting to know you.

But we know you, and we know that you are kind, and helpful, and you only cover up your unexpected kindness with insults. It's just who you are.

Souseiseki,

Sharp, straight forward, probably the only normal one of us all besides Shinku. Wielding the shears is no picnic, I can only guess. But, maybe you need to be level-headed to wield them. And that is exactly you.

You're always the one to keep me in line, but sometimes not even you can stop me. We were always meant to be together, side by side through the eras. I was so scared when Suigintou took your Roza Mystica. I was so afraid that we would never be together again. But, fortunately, you can always count on the puny runt. I certainly know how to pick 'em, right?

But enough of me. It's you we're talking about right now. Speaking of which...

I'm pretty selfish. And self-centred. And don't argue with me, because I speak the truth. Which is what makes us different.

You're honest, and you're not afraid to speak your feelings. Which is why I sometimes wish I were you. But it can't be helped. You're a star.

Suiseiseki and Souseiseki,

You don't know me, but at the same time you do.

When I set out to create my very own Alice, I made you two. But, being twins, I couldn't decide. Or separate you both. I decided to let you decide. I'm partly glad to hear that you, Souseiseki, wanted meet me, but I believe that Suiseiseki made the better decision, putting your bond and safety before me.

Twins should never be separated over something as trivial as becoming Alice.

But, and it is regrettably that I tell you both that, I will not end the Alice Game. However, if you both wish to meet me, yet not have to be torn apart, you need not worry. Shinku is working on a solution. I have told her that there is a way of becoming Alice without fighting. But, until then, please, for each others' sake, don't fight. My two stars.
