Hey so yeah I know its been like FOREVER since I last updated. And I'm sorry about that. But….ya know…life is frustrating yet great. So please stop planning on killing me. And take me off your hit list.

So here it is! The long awaited fourth chapter! (dun dunda da!)

I was walking down a street called Sutton. It showed the quaint little town perfectly. It showed that the town had some sort of hope to it; that it wasn't destined to be a small place where two groups of kids ruled the streets and young, innocent (maybe not that innocent) girls from the future were transported with no means of shopping in sight. (I mean, honestly a girl needs to have some clothes.) I looked around. Since I walked into the town from the Curtis's house around noon, I was alert. I wasn't going to be caught dazed and off-guard again. I subconsciously fingered the switch blade in my pocket.

With time I found a small little store. I bought a few necessities and walked across the street to a gas station. There I bought a coke and quite a few packs of gum (I have an addiction). When I walked outside there were some guys fighting. One looked about my age and the other looked a lot older. I was starting to feel bad for the younger one (he was getting beat pretty bad) when he pulled out a knife. All sympathy left me, and the cops showed up almost immediately. It is a small town. Just as they got out of their cars, I spotted Ponyboy, Johnny and Dallas. They were running away from the fight, and the cops, so I decided to do the same.

As soon as I caught up with them, they started to slow down. " Hey guys, what's up?" I greeted.

Pony was the first to answer. " We were just walking around. We saw the fight, watched for a while, then when Jimmy pulled out a blade, we left."

"Oh." I replied. So they were doing the same as me, pretty much.

" Well have you decided to come with us to the Nightly Double now, doll face?" I guess Dallas had decided that my new name was doll face. He never called me Kate.

" Yeah, I'll come. What movie are we seeing?"

They all laughed, even Johnny. "We are gonna see whatever movie is playin'."

It sure was different here.

When it got darker, we headed over to the Nightly Double. It, like the town, had promise. There were quite a few kids, so I figured it must be a popular place to come to at night. It was a drive in theater. I had only ever seen one once, but I had never actually watched a movie on it. I was excited. I felt like I was in Grease. Pony, Johnny, and Dally walked over to a group of chairs. I followed. There were a few other kids, about our age, sitting around in them. Some looked friendly, others looked like they only wanted to watch a movie and if some tried to interrupt that, they would bite their head off. And then there were the people who were kissing like there was no tomorrow.

We sat behind two girls, about sixteen, who were dressed in nicer clothes than us. I figured they were Soc's because Pony had said they were wealthier than greasers. Dally had said that they dressed like snobs, but on a scale from one to ten, their clothes were a six on snob style. At least they look friendly, I thought. Again, I found myself fingering the switchblade I had in my pocket, though.

Ok so there it is. I just have a few questions for you guys though. Should I make Cherry and Kate friends? Or enemies? Or frienemies? And should Kate go with Johnny and Pony to the lot? Please review! Ill try to update soon. As long as life keeps a good twelve feet away…
