Sly's POV

Ah, I can't believe that the whole gang is reuniting again after a few years away. After the Cooper Vault Heist, everyone went their ways. Heck, Bentley was really worried that I did lose my memory after the fight with Dr. M. However, like always, I managed to fake it in the end.

After awhile, I tried to be a "normal" person but I just couldn't. I wanted to return to what I did best: Stealing. So, I sent out my calling cards that I leave behind during some heists and sent them to all the members of the Cooper Gang. And just as quick I've sent them, I got replys that everyone is coming back.

And so, after months of waiting, the night has arrived and the safehouse is all set. I've waited years to see everyone again and tonight will always be the night that I will tell them everything that I know.

Finally, the time has arrived. I ran from rooftop to rooftop, avoiding police here and there and I finally made it to the safehouse. I was a bit nervous in meeting everyone but what can I say: I would be nervous too if I didn't see anyone in a long time. I entered the house and closed the door.

"Don't worry Sly, I made sure that we have the top security for our reunion." A voice said as I stood there. Bentley was sitting in his tech graded wheelchair with Penelope by his side.

"Man Bentley, it's really good to see you again." I said as I gave my old pal a long awaiting hug. I then felt like I was in the air as Murray hugged me and Bentley at the same time.

"Oh Sly, I missed you a lot. I hope your doing okay." Murray said as he put me down.

"Don't worry big guy, I'm doing fine." I said as I noticed two others sitting on the couch. One of them stood up and bowed his head.

"Sly Cooper, it's an honor to see you again after all these years." The Panda King said as I bowed.

"It's nice to see you too Panda King." But then, I got a surprise from Dimitri.

"What's up bro, it's been awhile since we hanged like the bats at night, no?" He said.

I just sighed and sat down. For about a good hour, we talked about how our lives have been since we all went our separate ways all those years ago. Turns out, Bentley and Penelope have decided to tie the knot and got married after I left. Murray became very popular in the racing world, winning as many as 100 races and winning many championships. Panda King still enjoys trying to find someone to marry his daughter Jing King.........which I still hear isn't married yet. Dimitri was still his old self, earning money here and there and making it to the big time.

As we all gathered around the table to eat and keep our energy up, Bentley asked, "So Sly, why did you decide to bring us together? Must be something important."

I took a sip of my soda and smiled. "Yeah, your right Bentley. I've decided that all of you, my friends, should know more about my family legacy." I grabbed my bag and took out my family cane and the Thievius Raccoonus and set them on the table.

"What I'm about to tell you is something do deep that it might take awhile to understand it all but it will all make since. Get comfortable gang, for this will be a story to remember. I'm going to tell you how the Cooper legacy started by the first Cooper of the family."

I sat down and grabbed the book. With all eyes on me, I started reading.

"This book will be passed down from every generation of Cooper to continue our legacy of stealing. From 3000 B.C, Slytankhamen II started what would be the greatest legacy of all time. But with that, he would create our most hated enemy. This is our legacy. This is our story. This is the Cooper Legacy."
