I do not own any Inuyasha characters but I did make Courtney, Ruen, and Murotsu.

I made this short story so you guys can read it while I wright my long story. It might take a while.

Death had been my closest friend since infancy.

I traveled far for a good fight. Many people said I was crazy or had a death wish! I didn't care what they said. I lived to fight!

I had been secretly training to fight since a young age. So, I was pretty good.

I am a girl. My name is Courtney. I have long brown hair. I am Fifteen turning sixteen in five weeks. I have a male wolf named Ruen. My symbol Is Fire. Ruen has a collar with my fire symbol on it and he is grey with has black ears.

I was fighting the great dragon Murotsu. Murotsu has battled many slayers, all have failed. But I am no slayer. I am just belligerent young girl. I have but one weapon, A Double blade. I made it from two fangs, one of a demon and the other of a dragon.

Murotsu is very strong. His cave is made of the bones of the many humans and demons he has killed. He his thousands of years old! His teeth are ten times stronger then any diamond. His roar is so noisy it will paralyze you for at least two minutes! He is covered spikes which are nearly impossible to break! This makes him a challenging opponent.

I was starting to get weak and Ruen couldn't take much more of this. He could barely stand. Murotsu saw how weak he was. Murotsu swung his tail and got him across the eyes blinding him! Now Ruen was defenseless Murotsu stomped on him until he died!

"RUEN! I'll get you for this Murotsu!"

"Ha! You are now different then the millions of other people I have killed!"

I came at him with my weapon. We battled for two more days. I was so weak I couldn't stand. I fell to the ground. Murotsu swung his paw at me but I dodged it! I got up and got him in one eye. I blinded his left eye! He roared in great pain.

"Oh, no! I can't move!"

"Now I will kill you girl!"

He got and got his jaws around my beet up and bruised body. I screamed in pain as I felt his fangs enter me. Then it all went black. I still could not move. There was some creatures all around me. Poking at me talking among themselves. Then all the sudden the most handsome man I have ever seen appeared out of nowhere! He had long silver hair, He had a moon on his for head, and he had a long fluffy scarf. He swung his blade and the creatures. Light entered my world again.

"get up." a voice said.

It was him the man! I looked around. I was still in Murotsu's cave! And beside me lay the Dead Murotsu!

The man had a young girl, a dragon, and an imp.

The man got up and started to leave.

"Bye!" said the girl.

"wait!" I said

"woof! Woof!" I heard

I turned around.

"Ruen! The man saved you too!"

"please wait! I must know your name!" I said

The man turned around.

"Sesshomaru" He replied.

The sun came out and shined upon him as he left. He was handsome and I love him.
