Ash was amazed at the world of Sinnoh as he was taken to Professor Rowan. Ash was dropped off and he walked inside the Professor looked to be way older then Professor Oak. "You must be Ash Ketchum I was told you would be arriving today. Now I have set you up in a small lab you can do your work in there?"
Ash was a little confused "Wouldn't you like to help?"
Rowan gave him a smile "I would love to but the spark of research has long since gone out of me so I will leave you to it."
Ash headed to the lab and hoped he never got that way he loved learning new things. Ash decided to get to work right away he dropped off his bag and Pikachu and Mew ran off to explore the lab and the Pokemon kept here. He decided to start with downloading the new Pokedex information then he got up and found the incense and began to scan it and then found the evolution stones and some stones that looked to be just sitting there like they had no value.
Ash noticed some weird cubes he began to explore them as Jarvis downloaded the information. Ash was caught up he didn't notice Jarvis speaking right away but he finally heard him "yes go ahead Jarvis what have you found out."
"Rock incense will work on Sudowoodo, Odd Incense works on Mr. Mime, Pure Incense works on Chingling, Luck incense works on Chansey and Blissey, Rose Incense works on Roselia, Wave incense works on Mantine and full incense works on Snorlax."
Ash was shocked he didn't think there would be so many "Jarvis and as far as evolution stones what one will work?"
"Sir the move stone will cause Lickitung, Tangela and Piloswine, The light stone will cause Yanma and Aipom to evolve further, Dusk stone will cause Mischievous, Murkrow, and Sneasel and sir the moss stone and ice stone people didn't think would work will work on Eevee. Shiny Stone will work on Roselia and Togetic and Dawn stone will work On Kirlia and Snorunt. Reaper stone will work on Dusclops, Charge stone will work on Nosepass"
Ash shocked Sinnoh was turning out to be a treasure trove of evolution and pre evolution. "What evolution stones of other regions will work on the Pokemon here?"
"Friend stone will work on Buneary and Riolu."
Ash wished Sinnoh opened up sooner Ash sent off the findings to the league and to get permission to bring the Pokemon he did have here and the ones he didn't he sent requests to those who had the Pokemon. Ash was working on the various cubes."
Ash got the permission but he decided to hold off on the meantime until he could figure out these stones did. One day he was working on it Rowan came in "Ash the league is asking why you haven't moved further on the evolution items you have found."
Ash looked up "what is the rush I just got permission yesterday?"
Rowan laughed "Ash actually more like a week and a half you best get on it and leave hose things alone they have never worked and people use as paper weights all over Sinnoh."
Ash was shocked "ok I will work the rest of the night on this and get started in the morning."
Rowan nodded and left finally in the middle of the night he got it to reactivate and he got the rest but he didn't know what they did. Jarvis spoke as soon as he was awake "Good morning sir I took the liberty of figuring out what the stones did and found they work as evolution stones and I found out what they are called form old records the Protector stone will work on Rhyhorn and the Electirizer stone on Electabuzz the Magmarizer on Magmar and Dubious cube on Magneton and works on my evolution."
"Jarvis come on out and we will see if it indeed works on your evolution line."
Porygon 2 was now in front of him and Ash grabbed the right cube and touched it to Porygon but nothing happened. Ash was confused then he noticed a small button he pressed it hummed and seemed to be sucked into Porygon who then glowed white and evolved Ash was amazed "I think we will stick with Porygon and use Z referring to the Z axis in 3d technology now return Jarvis."
Instead of glowing red and going back into his Pokedex he seemed to turn into a bunch of computer code then go into his Pokedex. He sent the information about the discs off to the league and to his dad. He got up and got to work on the evolution stones and naming the Pokemon. He sent the list off of names and pictures to the league. Then he got the eggs that hatched a few days before he was set to leave for his journey.

Ash sent his new Pokemon over to his mom since Rowan didn't want to explore them. Ash headed over to Lake Verity to train with his new Pokemon to see what they could do. In the middle of training he decided to use his new Pokemon to catch a few new Pokemon. He caught Chatot, Bibarel and Starly.
He then a fog bank roll in he was going to call it a day when he saw a shadow within in the mist. "Mesprit it concerned by some to be the mother of emotions."
Ash knew that wasn't true because he knew there was a world before the birth of the Pokemon world it probably could control emotions. He decided to use Electivire and caught this unique Pokemon. This time he headed back to the lab. The next morning he helped Rowan hand out Pokemon when some starters got into a scuffle and ran out of the building.
One of the new trainers decided to retrieve the Pokemon Ash knew she could in trouble out there and ran out after her. He heard a scream and he spotted the new trainer and she cornered by a Carnivine the Piplup must have upset the wild Pokemon. Ash stepped in and used Starly and dealt with Carnivine and caught it.
He went over and helped the new trainer up "I am Ash you do know it was foolish to come running out here after the Pokemon."
"I am Dawn I know but I wanted to prove myself as a new trainer by saving the Pokemon."
"You want to prove yourself wait until you have a Pokemon before running off into the wild." Ash reached don and picked up Piplup it had gotten used to him in all the time Ash was in the lab. Dawn followed him as he got the rest of the starter Pokemon.
They made it back to the lab and she decided to go with Piplup as her starting Pokemon and she headed out. Ash stayed until the next morning and headed out himself on a brand new adventure he was wondering what new adventures awaited him out there.
