The New Door
I got this idea while reading the book "Howls moving Castle" figured I may as well write it. This is a crossover of NarutoxHowls Moving Castle, the book and movie! Also Naruto is strong and smart! Maybe NarutoxPrince Justin I have no idea yet xD
Naruto's POV
Hey. Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze, what people call demon child and number one knuckle headed ninja! I'm more then that though, no one knows it but I'm smart and strong. Lately I've been reading books on magic, yes I've been going to the library. I've been practicing seals my whole life, without anyone knowing. I figured I should broaden my skills, besides my kage bushins, to magic too. I've already learned some spells that do devastating results for my missions. Now I'm just trying to figure out some simple spells to help with everyday things. I've been noticing an odd thing about the village. I don't think anyone else has noticed or else we would be investigating. I've been feeling….I think it would be called magical power around my apartment building. I've been looking around but all seems normal to me.
In the moving castle (Howl's POV)
I haven't noticed it till now but there was a new color. None of the others noticed either! I know I'm slow but the others, they catch on to new things around the castle faster than I do. I asked Sophie about it and she said, "I haven't noticed the new color before Howl." She seemed timid when she told me, probably thinking I would get mad at her. I told her, "Don't worry; I'm going to check it out though." She said, "Please be careful Howl!"
I went outside and it was a village. I looked to my right and saw a boy outside. He looked to be 18. He jumped a little and looked my way. I smiled and waved at him. He looked at me a little scared and glared a little. I had no idea why.
Naruto's POV
I jumped a little when I heard the door next to mine open. Last I checked no one lived on either side of me because of Kyuubi. I looked towards him and he smiled and waved at me. I got a little frightened, since whenever someone did that it used to mean I would need a hospital after I got away from them, when I was a kid. Now they just do that when they wish they still could. I glared at him and let some of my killing intent out; I don't think he felt it.
Howl's POV
When he glared I felt some killing intent. I was confused, why did this kid want to hurt me when I have done nothing to him. I decided to be nice to him. I know that's not me at all but I don't think I want to piss off this kid. "Hello. My name is Howl, who are you," I asked. He looked a little surprised but answered, "I'm Naruto. Um…when did you move in? Last I checked no one lived near my room." He looked confused when he asked me. "Why would no one want to live with you? You seem nice enough," I said confused.
Naruto's POV
This guy is weird. Normally when people enter this village they know about Kyuubi inside of me. This guy seems oblivious to the fact. I answered his question none the less, maybe he wouldn't shun me? "Well I figured everyone in this village knew about what happened the night I was born," I then continued, "I'm a Jinchuuriki, a demon host. Everyone in this village sees me as a memory they wish to erase." I was emotionless during this whole thing. Kyuubi was trying not to get out and beat this guy up for asking but I told him the guy was clueless.
Howl's POV
I walked over to him, since I was still in front of my door. I put a hand on his shoulder and he tensed up, seems like this kid is more scared then he lets on. I told him, "I'm not scared of you nor do I want you dead. You haven't done a thing to me." When I said this his eyes went wide with shock. I don't think anyone has ever really treated him nicely.
Naruto's POV
I was shocked, near passing out shock! But I wasn't Hinata so I wouldn't pass out. I just stared at him. I didn't even try to shrug his hand off of my shoulder. I got over my shock after a minute to find that he had moved away. I then got a good look at him. He had raven hair, a white top with a pink and gray checkered cape over it, and black pants with black shoes. He looked really familiar to me but I couldn't place where I've seen him before. I asked him, "Do I know you? You look really familiar to me." He looked a little surprised before replying, "I don't believe we've met." He seemed to be hiding something but I didn't question him on it. "So…I know this is probably a stupid question but…where am I," he asked. I laughed a little bit and said, "Don't worry, I'm known around here as an idiot, even though they don't know me to well. This is the Hidden Village of the Leaves." I smiled as I said this. He smiled too and said, "Oh. Sorry I just moved here and didn't know. Thank you. I must get back inside. My apprentice and friends are in there too and would like to know where this place is. Good day." He went back inside.
Howl's POV
Oh no! I gave way to much away when I talked to that kid. Maybe he won't question? Of course he will. I have no idea why but that kid, Naruto I reminded myself, looked familiar to me. He questioned me if we ever met and I said no. I don't remember meeting someone like me. I looked around the first room and saw no one. I knocked on Sophie's door and she answered right away and smiled at me. She let me in and I walked over to her bed before sitting down. She sat down next to me and looked at me curiously. She's always curious, but that's something I love about her. I kissed her sweetly for a minute before pulling away. "So how was it like outside the new portal," she asked me. "I met a kid that looks to be 18 years old. Seemed scared of me though when I smiled and acted nice to him. Then he asked me if we knew each other. He said he thought I was familiar, and oddly enough, he seems familiar to me," I told her. "I'm going to look through some stuff Sophie, I'll be down for dinner soon," I said. I went upstairs and started going through boxes of pictures and then I came across one. I was shocked; it was of me and my real brother! We were separated right before I started practicing magic. He was older than me by ten years. We were close before we got separated, I never could figure out what happened till now. The boy looked almost exactly like him, except he had blond hair instead of raven hair. My brother's name was….
