Pairing: Cain/Glitch
Summary: The people of the castle think that Glitch is crazy, but he's just crazy in love.
Notes: I own nothing.
It is a general consensus around the castle that Glitch is crazy. Which he thinks is a little rude, since he used to be the Queen's advisor and it's pretty obvious that he's had half his brain removed, but people still tend to see him and his antics and come to the conclusion that he is crazy.
He doesn't blame them, really, because he knows how odd he acts (most of the time) and if he happens to fall asleep in the bushes with his legs sticking out high (which he only did one time) then it seems that the best he can hope for is for someone to think he's just a little crazy.
But Glitch knows he's not crazy, just a little glitchy (but everyone seems to love him that way anyways, DG tends to say that he's adorable most of the time) and the closest he is to being crazy is being crazy in love.
Or is it crazily in love?
Is that a word?
He tends to try not thinking about that, and thinking about Cain tends to be a good distraction. Because he is in love with Cain. His own little Tin Man.
Cain. Cain. Cainy Cain.
Cain and Glitch.
It sounds very nice in his head, and there's plenty of space for the words to echo. So he can hear Cain's name forever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever.
Even when he fell asleep in the bushes (which he still denies ever doing, and he can always use his glitching as a wonderful excuse to not talk about it) he was thinking about Cain. He wanted to find some pretty flowers for the man, except he tripped and discovered that the bushes were actually quite comfortable.
So it's not really his fault that people think he's crazy.
It's Cain's!
But Glitch can forgive him, because he loves Cain that much. And it's not important what other people say about him, because whenever Glitch glitches up and does something silly and Cain looks at him with those eyes and says, "Glitch, you are insane."
That makes it all okay.
