The weight of the world can be suffocating. It tightens in your chest, makes it hurt just to breath. It sucks the air out of the room and closes in on you, making you feel completely alone and vulnerable.

It is hard to stand in front of the world and not let everyone know your doubts and fears, to not let them show. They can't see the weakness you feel, the fear of failure that gnaws at your insides, the times you just want to run away for a while to catch your breath.

All the world must see is the strength, the confidence, the pride. The army will follow a King if they feel his infectious self-assurance. They will soak it into their pores and take it into battle with them. Never show them the weakness, it could destroy them all.

When those times of suffocating tightness strike and I feel myself falling, I turn to you.

I seek your soul and lock into your eyes across a crowded room, on a battlefield or through the haze of an unknown mountain pass.

And then I know, I can be that man, I can be that King, because I don't have to do it alone. Through your eyes I can conquer the world.
