Linda stared forwards, shocked, embarrassed, and annoyed. The last thing she expected when she walked into Becka's house this morning , was to see Carrie there chatting to Becka, about, wait for it, her and Leander. Now five minutes later she was giving her sister the evil-look hoping she would shut up.

"Oh, then there was the time about three weeks ago, when she told me Seph was her son. Of course, I had figured it out already. " Becka was using her hands enthusiastically, grinning. "He's the mirror image of Leander."

Carrie nodded, smiling. "Oh yes, he is. Good young man." She cast a raised eyebrow at Linda. "Now if only they would get back together, it's taking forever."

"What's taking forever?" Leander, walked over to the kitchen and set his bag down with a smile. Linda groaned inwardly, cursing him, Becka, and Carrie.

"You and Linda." Said Carrie perkily, obviously enjoying her brothers soon to be discomfort.

Leander lost his smile "ummm…"

Linda took that opportunity to put into effect their plan to get Becka out of the house, not the original plan, but it'll do. "He actually came here to pick me up, we're going shopping for Seph's Christmas present."

Becka raised an eyebrow "It's about two months till Christmas?"

"Early start." Linda said

"That's new you've always waited till last minute."

"Trying something new this year."

Carrie and Becka smirked "Surely you can go another day?" Asked Becka

Linda smiled sweetly "It's the only time that Seph will be gone all day, and our schedules coincide."

"You have a schedule now, another new thing this year?"

Linda's glare intensified "I've always had a schedule."

The three other humans in the room snorted. Linda rolled her eyes "Go to hell." She got up "Time to go. By." She waved at them and made a beeline to the door, with Leander in tow.

But Carrie blocked her path, this was a very well planned ambush, apparently Leander and I weren't the only ones planning something , Leander huffed, annoyed, glaring daggers at his sister who just brushed off his look.

"You know, now that you've mentioned it, I need to get a few presents, mind if we join you?" Carrie crossed her arms, smirk still present on her face.

Becka walked around the counter "Though if you want to be alone, we completely understand."

Linda and Leander shared a glance, this was totally planned, on both ends.

Leander smiled charmingly "No, we don't mind if you came at all."

Becka grinned "Good, I'll go get my purse." She headed upstairs.

"Can you get mine as well?" Called up Carrie.
"Sure."

Leander stepped close to Carrie "If you even think about bringing up the Linda and I subject, I'm going to hurt you."

"No you won't."

Linda shrugged "There's a few things I needed to do in the city anywho. Carrie would you mind distracting Becka for say two hours?"

Carrie shook her head "No, I don't mind. What kind of things?"

Leander had stopped glaring at her "Spy stuff you wouldn't understand."

Becka walked back down the stairs and tossed Carrie's purse down "Ready to go."

Linda and Leander smiled and turned to walk out to the car, exchanging one last exasperated look.

Once they got situated in the car, Linda leaned over and whispered into Lee's ear "When do you think we should tell them we're back together?"

Lee smiled evilly at her "Later, I think it's funny. And it got them out of the house didn't it?"

Back at Becka's house Jack opened the bags of party supplies for Carrie's birthday party. Could the dead have birthday parties? Eh, who cares? We're giving her one anyway.
