Disclaimer: I do not own Fruits Basket. If I did, the series would've been ruined horribly. I think.
A Moment
Oh. My. Kami-sama.
Did Prince Yuki, just now ask her? Her, Minagawa Motoko, the president of the Prince Yuki fanclub? Were her long awaited dreams now coming true? She had waited for this moment in time for at least two years, two blessed years in which she had pined for him, looked after him in the shadows. Kami-sama forbid if any other female came near him, the god of perfection.
She was extremely lucky. She had just come out of class and was rushing towards her next one where she bumped into him. The papers he was holding flew out of his hands like white doves and slowly made their way to the ground. Dropping to her knees, she frantically helped pick up his belongings, and then he just picked up the question.
This brought us here, where Motoko was just staring at Yuki, with an expression of disbelief and shock. He was absolute perfection, with his soft silver hair and mysterious gray eyes. She was just some ordinary girl, who didn't know what life was until she met him. And now he had chosen her. Not some other girl, like that Honda girl he was always hanging out with. Gathering her courage, she looked him in the eyes and answered,
"Sure, you can borrow my pen."
…
A/N: Yep. The first Fruits Basket fanfiction that I've written without Kyo or Tohru. My comments on this one: I don't know. Seriously, this is one of those random drabbles that just popped up in my head. I know, gotta work on The Talk, but it was just too inresistable of an idea ^^
Please press the magical green button! It will totally make my day!
