Disclaimer: I don't own Yu-Gi-Oh!. I don't own Howl's Moving Castle either. And despite any and all claims, I am not rich in the slightest and will only declare bankruptcy if you sue me, so let's do ourselves a favor and not.

Author's Note: Short Cross Over drabble. This was an actual dream I had… and yes, I still swear I'm not certifiable.

Sophie emerged from the doorway, still wiping the tears from her eyes, while Heen wheezed at her feet. She stared in sorrowful dismay at the mass of feathers that was Howl before her. As she walked towards him, she heard the doorway 'Pop' behind her.

"MASTER!" a voice shrieked, and before Sophie could turn a short blond girl with a huge hat shoved her aside and grabbed at Howl's head. The emotional background music ground to a halt as the storyline became skewed.

Sophie got to her feet, anger rising as she surveyed what she supposed was Howl's latest 'prospect'. The blond in the skimpy magician's outfit was sobbing as she tried to peer through the feathers at Howl's face.

"Oh Master! I'm so sorry… I had no idea the spell would turn out this way…"

Sophie and Heen merely looked at each other, but before she could make a snarky comment, a throat cleared itself behind them.

"Mana," it said, and Sophie turned to stare at a tall, dark-haired magician dressed more gaudily than Howl. He clutched a large staff in one hand and watched the girl, amusement twinkling in his eyes, belying his stern expression.

Mana sweatdropped, her eyes darting back and forth between Mahado and Howl. She dropped the feathers she was clutching as if they had suddenly transformed into cobras.

"Um…" she dug her toe into the dirt, folding her hands behind her back and bowing her head sheepishly. "Oopsie?"

Mahado sighed, motioning her back towards him.

"Come. You'll never master 'Black Magic Curtain' if you don't practice," he said, taking her arm and leading her into the fluttering black curtains that had appeared in the doorway. He turned to Sophie and smiled as Mana walked ahead of him.

"Our apologies," he bowed, disappearing into the doorway. Sophie and Heen sweatdropped as the doorway vanished with another 'pop!'.

"Once this is all over, the first thing I'm making Howl do is fix that door," Sophie muttered, before remembering the situation.

"Oh, Howl!"

End Note: This just goes to show that when you've been awake for 48+ hours, without any sleep whatsoever, it is not a good idea to read up on Millennium Arc and relentlessly watch Ghibli.
