Yandere Simulator - Rain
Pit, pat, pit, pat.
Drip, drip, drip, drip.
The sound of rain was a welcome noise, as Oka Ruto stood underneath the shield of a sakura tree. The flowering tree had a thick foliage, protecting Oka from the onslaught of beautiful rainfall. It would have been the perfect time to try and conduct a ceremony. But alas, she was already halfway home from school. She would have continued walking, if not for the rain. If only it wasn't so heavy. Maybe she could make a run for it... No, better not to damage the summoning books she had in her bag.
Sighing, the leader of the occult club brushed back her purple, messy hair. The collar around her neck was starting to feel tight, reminding her to take it off before her parents saw. Slipping the accessory off, Oka continued to stand and watch the rain.
The sudden sound of lightening made her jump. Bumping her back up against the bark of the tree, Oka calmed her pounding heart. It was just lightening, she told herself. Breathing in and out slowly, she closed her eyes for a brief moment.
Opening them again, she was surprised to see Shin Higaku staring at her with dead eyes. The second in command held an umbrella with him, big enough for two, as he opened his mouth to say, "Let's go."
Grateful for his kind invitation, Oka nodded her head and ducked underneath Shin's umbrella.
"Thank you." she said to him politely, looking ahead as they walked along the empty sidewalks.
Nodding his head, Shin reached back and removed his collar as well. Holding it in his hands, he handed it to Oka to keep for the night. Taking it and putting it safely in her skirt pocket, she counted all the necklaces she had with her and let out a small sigh of relief. She had all collars with her. Good. Now the chances of it being spotted in any of her dear member's home's were unlikely to happen.
Coming up to her house, Oka stepped outside of the umbrella's shield.
"Thank you again, Shin."
Shin just nodded his head in welcome. He stayed on the sidewalk, watching Oka run and go inside. Seeing as she was home now, Shin continued his walk home.
