Sorry for no posting in awhile. School's been rough as has life. -_- Anyway, I was roleplaying and got this idea. Of course, it's changed from how the original roleplay went out and shorter. Anyway, I own nothing.

Sorry

Strong arms encircled her slender waist and pulled her backwards. She closed her eyes and a blissful smile stretched across her lips as her back was brought flush against a firm, leather clad chest. She tilted her head back and rested it on his shoulder. She felt him tilt his head forward, his hair brushing against her cheek. She smirked lightly, knowing what was coming.

Yami gently pressed his lips against Anzu's swan like throat. She giggled lightly, the reflex to move away from the feather like tickling taking over. Yami's arms tightened around her waist pulling her closer to him.

Anzu loved it when the spirit was playful like this with her. It was a side of him she so rarely saw as he was always so standoffish and serious. Also, spending time like this with him, made her forget everything else in the world. It was just her and him.

Anzu slowly spun around in his arms. Yami's hand went up to cup her cheek, his thumb slowly caressing it and allowing for a pink dusting to form under his touch. He chuckled lowly and pulled her closer to him.

The Pharaoh pressed his lips against hers and kissed her. She smiled against his lips for a moment before kissing him back softly. She mentally giggled when she felt him pull her closer, his arms tightening. She knew this meant that he did not want her soft and gentle kisses. On cue, Yami's kiss became deeper and more demanding. She moaned softly against his lips and returned his kiss just as fervently. Somehow, he managed to pull her ever closer and deepen the kiss.

Her eyes fluttered open briefly and through the veil that was her thick lashes, she spotted a poster of a Blue Eyes on the wall of the game shop. She quickly broke her kiss with Yami. Yami tilted his head to the side and stared at her questionably. She bit her lip and stared at the poster.

"Seto…" She whispered. Yami turned his head, at only seeing the poster, one of his ebony brows arched.

He turned back to her. "What about Kaiba?"

Anzu shook her head and tour her gaze from the poster. "It's nothing…"

Yami smiled lightly and pulled her back to him. Anzu held him tightly and laid her head on his shoulder. Yami's arms returned to around her waist as he laid his head atop hers. Anzu closed her eyes.

How could she ever tell him?

How could she tell him that she was falling for his greatest rival?

Anzu pulled away slightly to look up at him. He smiled at her, completely oblivious to the thoughts of Seto swirling in her mind. She forced a smile back at him and hugged him tighter.

Her answer was simple. He would never have to know. She would quit her job at Kaiba Land. She would avoid Seto. She would pretend that she had never allowed him to become more than a friend. After all, her dream was to be a dancer. A part of that was acting. She would simply act as if she had never felt anything towards Seto.

A shadow entered Yami's eyes and Anzu's smile fell. "What's wrong? Are you tired?"

Yami shook his head slowly. "It's okay, Anzu…I know about Kaiba…"

The dancer hung her head. "I'm sorry…" The Pharaoh kissed her head and pulled her closer, offering her a tight embrace. Tears pricked at her eyes. "So sorry..."

Why must I always write such depressing things! Why!
