Prologue:
"When a raven is like a writing desk,
And the tea party is picturesque.
The nargles with think they have won,
If you start to come undone.
So fall, and fall, and fall again,
Hold your breath and count to ten.
For they'll call you crazy,
When you stop to chat with the daisies.
When the queen comes for your head,
Make sure the roses have been painted red.
For you'll surely go mad if you cry,
And you'll be sure to drown before you die.
Don't read the signs but follow the stripes,
Make sure to keep the cat in your sights.
Be sure to keep the key for the knob,
Unless you wish to swallow it whole.
For now, young Luna, you are merely an Alice in Wonderland,
Waiting for the Hatter to whisk you away,
To keep you from being Loony for one more day."
As Luna's mother tucked her into bed she recited a rhyme that she had been saying since Luna was little. Her mother was a seer, and little did Luna know but this was a prophecy for her future. Being a Seer ran in the family, so Luna would inherit it once she turned 11. Then she would discover the truth for herself. However that wouldn't be until years after she would have the chance to ask her mother what it meant. All she would know would be that she was the next Alice, and that fate would save her from a much crueler one.
AN: I don't own Harry Potter or Alice in Wonderland. The only thing I own is this idea of Luna In Wonderland and the prophecy rhyme thing I have in it. Please review:)
