I would use up my first four seconds to say...

"You will be alright, Hinata-chan," said Sasuke, while holding Hinata's hand tightly.
"Sa..sasuke-kun...," Hinata murmured in a low voice with an oxygen supply mask on her face.

I would use my next 11 seconds to say...
Do you know how much I missed you? Only God knows.
♫
"Don't worry, you will be alright," said Sasuke, trying to calm Hinata down.
"I am sure.. I will," Hinata smiled at Sasuke.
♫
My next eight seconds to say...
Whisper for my name whenever you need me.
♫
"Sasuke-kun.. will you still be with me after this..?
"No matter what, when, how and where, I will always be with you," said Sasuke, holding the cold hand tightly.
♫
My precious ten seconds to tell you that...
I will always be around with you no matter what.
♫
"I am feeling.. colder,"
"N-no, see this, it's getting warmer," said Sasuke while rubbing Hinata's hand to warm her up.
♫
I only need fourteen seconds to say that...
If you felt lonely, try to imagine as if I was sitting beside you.

"Sasuke-kun... my visions are becoming blurry," said Hinata, while closing her eyes slowly.
"You can't close your eyes, look at me!"

Another ten seconds to whisper to your ear that...
I wanted to be with you in my life forever.
♫
"I am going to sleep now... Sasuke-kun..." Hinata whispered slowly
"It's morning now, you had your sleep just now, talk with me...!" Tears were falling down on Sasuke's cheek.

My last three seconds to confess to you that...
I love you.
