"Open your eyes Guinevere." Morgana whispered into her former friends ear.

They seemed to be in Morgause's fortress, exactly where Arthur had seen his mother and just like that time there were hundreds of candles surrounding them like fireflies which made it look eerily beautiful.

Very slowly the queen opened her chocolate brown eyes and there, right infront of her was the one she mourned over so much. It was Lancelot.

"Lancelot..." Guinevere breathed in shock, her eyes widening and with the reflection of the candles visable in them they made her look enchantingly beautiful.

His glistening tanned skin, his dark brown eyes, his hair gently blowing in the breeze made Guinevere melt to her knees. "Lance..." She whispered again, her gaze now lowering to the floor.

"I don't have long, Gwen." Lancelot spoke in a almost siren-like voice that many people wouldn't have believed to be real, but Guinevere did, this was her Lancelot!

"I lo-" Guinevere was cut in by the knight's voice. "-No you don't love me Guinevere. You heart is Arthur's now my love but there can't be enough room for two, your heart is too fragile." He spoke truthfully, his eyes meeting her own and they locked together, sadness appearing in both of their eyes.

Guinevere felt a choked sob escape her plump lips and eventually her gaze disconnected from his. "You were my first love Lancelot." She said quietly, her eyes now raising to look up at him once more.

The knight smiled and nodded slowly. "First love, yes. However I am not your last. Know this Guinevere I will always love you, I will always be at your side, if you close your eyes for long enough and call for me, you will hear me whisper back to you." He whispered in a almost romantic gesture but soon after he vanished.

"N-No... Lance-no" She stuttered and immediately fell to her knees, however Morgana came up behind her and wrapped her arms around the queen.

She was going to make Arthur pay for the loss of Lancelot, first Lancelot and then Elyan! How could he let them sacrifice their lives for him? That made her feel bitter. She was going to make him pay for her suffering.
